Bed was comfortable, location is ok, loved seeing the finches that were numerous when we stayed. Some staff were great.
The hotel is tired and in need of some major redecorating and fixing some appliances (eg poor fixed taps). Some staff were not friendly and seemed to resent customers. There was an unpleasant humid smell in the room. I think I was first to use pool in the morning and there was rubbish in the water, needs more thorough cleaning. Food eg breakfast not great. Overpriced for what it is.
