Villa Rose

Wir hatten einen traumhaft schönen Urlaub in dem Haus. Es hat eine TOP-Ausstattung und alles war sehr sauber. Wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Der Hausbesitzer Goran ist ebenfalls sehr nett und es gab keinerlei Probleme. Vielen herzlichen Dank noch einmal für die schöne Zeit und die nette Kommunikation, Goran.

Die Klimaanlage ist für dieses Haus zu klein !

Great hacienda style house for family vacation.

Design of the property and outdoor furniture,along with large sitting area which can be used for outdoor dining and socialising.

Upon our arrival,the agent gave us one set of keys only. Please note,that entrance to the property can be unlocked only with separate keys. I have kindly requested another pair of keys. I believe, when it comes to 6 guests in total, 2 set of keys would be the most convenient solution. We got 2nd par on our 4th day of staying in the property. The fridge is in some poor condition. The temperature inside is not adequate and it definitely should be larger for property of that size. The whole house is equipped with only one air condition unit,which is located on the top floor. While this solution can ease your sleep, lower floor is very warm. Finally, the property is located in a quite rural area surrounded with two farms and some livestock. Although, This particular problem attracts numerous number of flies and insects, which consequently made our stay unpleasant. It is very hard to relax outside with your beloved family,when you constantly need to chase something off your limbs and body. We have also had a malfunction of dishwasher,which was resolved on the 4th of our stay.
