Hillocks Drive

Great location, large house with lots of places for everyone. Room to chill, read, watch TV, plenty of eating space options. There is a shower, toilet block nearby outside as well as the house, which with a large family is helpful.

The beds are uncomfortable but it was only a two night stay.

The house was spacious and cosy. I likes the books in abundance that is one thing i always enjoy a lot, reading.

The main bedroom (front facing) mattrass was extremely uncomfortable and worn. The toilet was very cramped and for a larger property one would expect two toilets. With a larger group staying, the person close to the toilet is exposed to a lot of foot traffic and smells. An extractor fan would have made a big difference. Other than that the stay was lovely

15 km dirt road which we didn’t expect

The homestead is really old and as such all the kitchen fixtures and everything was functional but old..the place does have a fridge but no other amenities. There were not bathroom amenities and due to covid we had to take our own sheets but there were no pillows. The backyard wasn't well maintained and was swarming with bees because of which we couldn't leave our dogs. However the place did have access to a private beach which was a plus. While the stay was okay it is a bit expensive and you could find something better for the same price at Marion Bay.
