The staff was friendly
The breakfast area where we were set up (by the conference room). There was a lot missing. We kept having to ask for things like condiments to be brought. I felt like the main focus was on the main breakfast area and where we were set up was neglected or was a last minute thought.
Noise was not regulated. On our second night we struggled to sleep as other guests were chilling by the pool drinking all night, making so much noise. No staff member came to warn them or stop the gathering which took place in what I would assume would be quiet hours.
