    I had a wonderful stay at Alta Resort! The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and very accommodating throughout my visit. The ambiance is peaceful, relaxing, and perfect for a getaway. I also loved that they have two pool options, giving guests more choices to enjoy. The resort is spacious, well-maintained, and has a beautiful atmosphere. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend Alta Resort to anyone looking for a relaxing place to stay. I look forward to visiting again!

    Here’s a balanced but honest review you can post: We recently stayed here for a staycation and had a mixed experience. The pool was enjoyable, and the mattresses were surprisingly comfortable. We appreciated the extra foam provided, which made for a good night’s sleep. These were definitely the highlights of our stay. Unfortunately, there were several issues that affected our overall experience. The bathroom had a persistent unpleasant smell that never seemed to go away. The toilet flush was also not functioning properly. While complimentary bottled water was provided, there were no toiletries or complimentary coffee available in the room. Noise was another concern. There appeared to be a party taking place, and the loud music and singing continued late into the night. It only stopped after we called the front desk to complain around 12:45 AM. The room itself could also benefit from an upgrade. The combination of mustard-yellow linens and dark maroon curtains felt outdated and visually unappealing, making the space less inviting than expected. Overall, while the comfortable bed and pool were great, improvements in room maintenance, amenities, noise management, and interior design would greatly enhance the guest experience.
