I think it was an expensive stay for such an experience. Location great, nothing much.

The location of the hotel ia great, right at the heart of the island near to birh the pier and the center with great restaurants around.

We couldn't really understand who the staff is at the hotel. Nobody welcomed when we first entered, nobody even asked to help with the luggage or parking. Nobody fixed our showerhead on the last day even though the house keeping visited the room and left any additional toilet paper!! Breakfast could have been better for such a 3-star hotel, but the sandwiches were amazing!!

Better avoid

convenient location.

Stayed for 3 nights with a group of friends (6ppl altogether / 3 rooms). Clearly no one does a regular check of the condition of the rooms. * The double size beds were just 2 small beds conjoined - super uncomfortable given the gap in middle. * All 3 rooms were subpar, old, smelt of moisture/mold. * AC either didn’t work at all, or there was only 1 AC for the 2-room apartment. * bathroom was quite bad - no water pressure, canal smell, tiny shower cabins, broken shower stands (i.e. nowhere to hook the shower head, need to hold at all times). * Charged us extra for parking, but there were no parking slots when we returned in the evening, so they told us to park randomly, blocking off other cars.

It is a good hotel, I recommend it. Overall i would give a 9/10.

Perfect location, close to the beach, supermarket. Good breakfast, mostly the same thing each day, but still ok. Fresh orange juice is really good.

The towels in our room were washed but had stains on them. The towels are changed once/2days. You cannot consume products from outside of the hotel at the public area only in your room. Even the espresso coffee was too weak for my taste. We kept water in the mini-fridge in our room, it was struggling to cool down the items. It was generating a lot of heat, needed to keep the aircon on. The air conditioner is facing the bed, it can be annoying at night when it is blowing the cold air on you at all times.

Nice Stay

Comfortable bed. The location in the heart of town and a very friendly family run hotel which we used as a base.

Exceptional

I travelled on my own, and all the staff made me very welcome. The breakfast was a great start to the day. My room was cleaned every day, thank you Stella. Great hotel situated only a four minute walk to the town.

Enough place for summer holidays

We didn't have the breakfast at the hotel, it was 10 euros which is expensive comparing to eat outside. There are very options nearby. They upgraded the room because we are the honeymoon couple, it was nice, we had a big room with a large balcony and sea view far. Very central location it has, you can walk bus station, ferry port, a beach in the central and all the restaurants and shops.

The bathroom was dirty, especially the water closet system didn't work well and strong. Shower was very small for an average size people and we didn't get shower gel for everyday, we needed to use ours. But for a summer holiday, generally it works because you are always outside and didn't use the room very much.

This was the worst hotel we’ve ever stayed. The owner’s behavior was awfull. He was very angry and unkind to us. Never go there, you will regret it for sure!!!

It was clean.

A very bad description of policies that caused us a limited use of facilities that we paid for. Air conditioner only in one room. The cleaning staff came almost every day in the resting hours.

Οι παροχές του θα μπορούσαν να ήταν τετράστερου ! Είχαμε superior δωμάτιο, τεράστιο με φοβερό φωτισμό, μπάνιο με υδρομασάζ, μπουρνούζια και παντόφλες (δεν τα βρίσκεις σε 3 αστέρων ξενοδοχεία), άνετη βεράντα και πολύ καλή καθαριότητα. Άνετο ιδιωτικό πάρκινγκ, καλό wi-fi free, μεγάλη πισίνα και πολύ καλό πρωϊνό

Δεν υπήρχε ανοιχτό το bar το βράδυ. Τα μαξιλάρια θα πρέπει ν' αλλαχτούν (έχουν κόμπους εντός τους) Θα περιμέναμε περισσότερη ευγένεια στη ρεσεψιόν

Bir gece 2 gün bize bir hafta gibi güzel ve unutulmaz geldi

Çok temiz ve merkezi konumda. Yürüyerek çatşoya çok rahat. Ama sakin bir sokak. 4 kişilik odamız iki odalı ve çok rahattı. Sahibi İnanılmaz konuksever bir aile. Özellikle recepsiyondaki kızları çok güleryüzlü ve harika İngilizce konuşuyor. Suzan hanım ve eşi harika evsahibi. Çok çok yardımcı oldular. Özellikle Suzan hanım mükemmel Türkçe konuşuyor. Aslında rum pontus asıllı. Otelin Kahvaltısı harika. Hele bahçesi çok keyifli. Lezzetli ve kokulu üzümleri olan asmanın altında kahvaltı müthiş. Suzan hanım bahçedeki üzümlerden toplayıp bize yolluk olarak verdi. Mükemmel bir konaklama deneyimi. Tekrar tekrar gelicez.

Doch sehr nett und kostengünstig; Ein Zimmer nach "hinten hinaus" wäre die nächste Option für uns!

Frühstück sehr gut für 7.-/Tag.

Parkplatz 5.-/Tag. Verkehr im Hauptort auch Nachts sehr laut durch Motorradfahrer. Spa war nie offen. Fitnessraum ok, wenn man bei Hitze trainieren will. IN unserem offenen Schlafraum (keine Tür nur Trennwand) kein Kasten oder Regal vorhanden.

Gerne wieder, sehr netter Aufenthalt mit toller zentraler Lage.

Lage perfekt, 3 Minuten zum Zentrum. Personal sehr freundlich. Zimmer war absolut in Ordnung. Parkplätze im Hinterhof, perfekt. Kleiner Balkon war auch ok. Ruhige Lage.

Da gibt es nichts zu beanstanden !!!

Öncelikle konum olarak merkeze yakın olması cok buyuk bir avantaj. Limenasta her yere yürüyerek ulaşabilirsiniz. Tertemiz bir aile oteli. İşletmecileri cok güler yuzlu ve yardımsever. Adanın her yerinde Türkçe bilen birileri bir işinizi çözecektir ama özellikle otelde bu konuda hiç sıkıntı yasamazsiniz.

Oldukça keyifli bir konaklamaydı...

Havuz başı kahvaltı imkanı ve kahvaltı içeriği oldukça memnun ediciydi. Şehir merkezine ve plajlara olan yakınlığı büyük bir ulaşım rahatlığı sağlamaktadır. Havuzun genellikle boş olması çocuklu aileler için büyük bir rahatlık sunmaktadır.

Şehir merkezinde olması çok güzeldi, kahvaltı olması bölgeye göre bir avantaj, odamız temizdi. Eşyalar eskiydi buzdolabı yeterince soğutmuyordu. Otopark gecelik 5 Euro. Tesisin arka tarafında ücretsiz yerler var oraya bırakabilirsiniz.

L’amabilite du personnel La localisation de l’hotel Balcon assez grand

Parking payant 5euros par jour (a savoir qu’il y en a un gratuit juste a côté, accessible via l’arriere de l’hotel) et limite en nombre de place. Eau chaude limite (a 21h eau tiede seulement) Le petit dejeuner est 100% industriel (2 jus industriel, peche au sirop) , aucun fruit frais, pas de cafe frappé, fromage et jambon industriel également. Tous les cafes et chocolat chaud sont fait a la machine a cafe. Tres decu. Hotel NON insonorisé, vous entendez les gens parler, monter les escaliers, les objets qui tombent. 0 volets, juste des rideaux non opaques. Le matin nous etions réveillé par la lumiere du jour (le soleil donnant en plein dans la fenetre de notre chambre) et le bruit des gens dans les couloirs.... Les draps ne sont pas changees lorsque les chambres sont faites, uniquement replié (ca se remarque facilement quand vous aviez quelque chose de malencontreusement taché) et ca pendant 3jours ...un doute pour les serviettes egalement Tres bas de gamme et cher pour un trois etoiles

Harika 7 gün için teşekkürler Pegasus Adult Hotel.

Limenas çarşıya 2 dakika uzaklıkta olması çok güzel. Ayrıca çok temiz bir havuzu var. Otelin özel otoparkı olması büyük rahatlık. Tesis tam bir aile işletmesi. Hektoras bey ve Suzanna hanım çok ilgili ve sıcakkanlıydılar. Resepsiyonda Maria ve Alex her zaman güleryüzlü yardımcı oldular. 5 gece için geldik fakat 2 gece daha uzatarak 7 gece konakladık. Suzanna hanım nefis kurabiyelerinden tatmanızı öneririm. Artık Thassosda başka bir otel aramak yok bizim için. Çok teşekkürler. Atilla&Hamiyet. 🫶🏻🙏

Всичко беше хубаво-място,персонал,удобства,отношение. Разбирателството беше на ниво. Останахме доволни!

Единствено имаше проблем с душа и казаначето на тоалетната, но не е нещо фатално.
