A luxurious hotel with an excellent location, very clean, spacious rooms, and a very good breakfast.
The room had a slight musty smell. The gym was equipped with only a limited number of machines.

Located in the heart of Balatonfüred from a few steps of the lake. The food - breakfast and dinner - was perfect, the staff was very nice, the room was clean and cosy and we liked all the facilities. Definitely would go back!
We had to pay quite a lot for parking (around 30eur/night) at the end which we thought was included in the price when we booked but it wasn't. It think it should be included if you are staying in a 5star hotel.

Spacious room
The building is a labyrinth, takes a long time to get in and out of the room, needs to walk between elevators up to the 3rd floor rooms, no parking service, no help with luggages, not a 5star service at all. A/C was hardly working in the room, not working at all in the hallways.
