This unit is a townhouse design, first, and second floor, walkup, located at the Pinnacle Port Resort! This unit has the master bedroom, on the first level, with the master bath. The second level, is the sitting/dining/kitchen, (fully equipped kitchen), area. There is also a pull out (full size) sofa! As well on the second level, a full bathroom, the living area with a queen size sleeper, sofa in the living room.
This unit comes, fully equipped with a fully equipped kitchen, linens, and towels are provided, cable TV, and Free Wifi!
The Pinnacle Port Resort, features, 24 hour gated security, with 24 hour security guards on site. Two pools, one indoor/outdoor (heated year round), a second outdoor pool, tennis courts, basketball courts, marina, game room, sauna, and a fitness room.
This resort is well suited for families, and couples, it is children friendly with lots of activities in the vicinity.
This is a non smoking unit, pets are prohibited at this resort.
You will enjoy the expansive private beach, or lounging at the one of the two pools, after a game of tennis, or relaxing in the sauna. There is shopping, and dining, nearby, at the Carillon Beach shopping center, and excellent night time entertainment within minutes of the resort.

This property had great views and was a good value for the price. The only real downside was lack of closet space. Most closets were locked up and the one in the bedroom was open but full of stuff and not usable. We had a great time and this was definitely with the money we paid.

This place was a wonderful stay with a clean and spacious living area, a quick walk to the gorgeous and private beach, a clean and large pool area, and less then 50 minutes from pretty much everything in the area. We will be back again!

The description states it sleeps 6, but that’s a stretch. The layout of the condo is tight for a group of 6. Small rooms, narrow hallway, tiny kitchen. Plus, if you have 6 people and use both sleeper sofas, you have nowhere for a shared “living room” unless you plan to fold the bed up every day. This should really be a room for no more than 4 people. And those sleeper sofa mattresses MUST be replaced! You don’t expect a lot when you know you’re on a pull out couch but these mattresses were terrible AND quite stained....Also, they knew 5 people were staying but they didn’t prepare the room for 5 people. Only one set of sheets for 2 pull outs meant that someone had to sleep on a sheetless couch for a night, which was not comfortable. If we hadn’t brought our own air mattress, this stay would have been even worse. We doubled up the mattresses on one sofa and used the air mattress on the other. The kitchen lacked some things that would be great additions, like salt and pepper, a pizza pan, etcOn the plus side: the air worked well, the walk to the beach was short, the pool and snack bar were good, it felt like a very safe place, the grounds were kept very clean.We would look into staying at the condo again, just maybe not this exact room. I would recommend this room to some people but not everyone and not for a group bigger than 4.
