About this house rental

Rent house of 50 m² located at the start of the wild coast in Quiberon, and 800 meters from the city center. Terrace facing south, reserved parking space. Near the house, pier to the islands of Belle Ile, Houat and Hoedic. On the ground floor of the housing, are a living room with kitchen (oven, microwave, hotplates, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster ...), sofa plus recent television and a toilet. Upstairs, two bedrooms (1 with a double bed and 1 with 2 single beds) and a bathroom with toilet. Sea view from each of the windows of the house. Non smoking house and pets not accepted for hygiene reasons. A deposit is required on booking, the tourist tax is to add to the rental price. State of places on arrival and departure. 60 euros cleaning fee if it is not done by the tenants. We will welcome you with pleasure in this unique Quiberonnais setting.

Avons reçu un très bon accueil. Maison bien située, agréable et propre avec une place de parking. Très belle vue sur la mer et le château. Très belles balades au démarrage de la côte sauvage. Cadeau de bienvenue très apprécié.

Maison idéalement située, à 2 pas de la mer et de la côte sauvage. Mer visible de toutes les fenêtres, à l'étage comme au rez-de-chaussée . A peine 15mn du centre ville. Face au château Turpault.

Très bon séjour à Quiberon. Seul bémol, la seconde chambre est uniquement pour des enfants ( lits de 0.70 sur 1.80m) sans rangement. De ce fait pour deux couples que nous étions, ce n'est pas approprié pour la nuit. A part cela, j'y retournerai volontiers mais juste avec ma femme.

Klein aber praktisch und gemütlich, gut ausgestattet. Super Lage mit Meerblick und nicht weit zum Hafen strand und Einkauf. Schöne Wanderung direkt vor der Haustür.ruhig wenn der Wind nicht so stark ist. Schöne Terrasse aber leider war es zu kühl .

Kleines Haus am Meer - der Name passt sehr gut. Die angegebene Quadratmeterzahl berücksichtigt sicherlich die große Terrasse, die zur einen Seite an eine Straße und an Parkplätze grenzt. Im EG befindet sich eine sehr gut ausgestattete kleine Küchenzeile, ein großer Esstisch und ein Sofa mit Schlaffunktion sowie kleine Schränke mit Stauraum. Ein separates WC ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Die Treppe ins Obergeschoss ist ziemlich steil. Im Obergeschoss gibt es ein Schlafzimmer mit französischem Bett, einen kleinen Wandschrank sowie zwei Kommoden, die teils mit Decken für kältere Nächte bestückt sind. Das zweite kleine Schlafzimmer enthält zwei niedrige Einzelbetten, aber keine Aufbewahrung für Kleidung. Das moderne Duschbad befindet sich ebenfalls im Dachgeschoss. Liebevoll ausgesuchte Dekoartikel und Wandbilder vermitteln ein heimeliges Ambiente. Aus den beiden Fenstern im OG hat man Blick aufs Meer, vom EG schaut man auch schon auf das Schloss Turpault. Die Küste ist eindrucksvoll. Im Haus ist kein WLAN-Zugang vorhanden; in einem nahe gelegenen Café kann man aber kostenlos ins Internet gehen. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Kommunikation war ebenfalls gut. Leider war das Wetter ziemlich schlecht, so dass wir unsere Reise etwas abkürzen mussten.

Le charme d'une petite maison quiberonnaise

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine dans cette petite maison avec la vue sur le château Turpault et la Côte Sauvage. L'emplacement parfait pour faire de marches sur la côte, à 8 min à pied du centre ville et de la grande plage. Une grande terrasse permet de prendre les repas dehors et la place de parking se trouve juste devant le portail.
