The Villa Linde is a lovingly renovated bath villa and is located in a central location. With a walk of about 10 minutes you reach the pier of Heringsdorf and the beach. A car parking space (number 6) under a carport is available for your vehicle. Through the 2 entrances you quickly on the green grounds of the house or on the Lindenstraße.

VL 06:
This dream apartment offers you on 65 m² any comfort and plenty of space for holidays.  The large covered balcony measures 8 x 2.5 m and is used by our guests in the warm months as additional living space. Here is enough space for a further dining area and 2 sun loungers. The painting on the balcony ceiling can be seen from afar.  The bright living room is open plan and divided by support beams in 2 areas. Both the Essberich with the kitchenette and the living area have access to the balcony.  Through the many windows the apartment looks very friendly and full of light.  The bedroom can be reached via two double doors. The large double bed invites you to restful nights and the closets offers enough space for your holiday wardrobe. The adjacent small balcony is often used as an additional retreat. The daylight bathroom with toilet and shower is very generously cut. During your stay there is free Wi-Fi available. So you are always up to date or share your holiday pictures with your loved ones at home. Since we are partners of the Baltic Sea spa, the golf hotel Balmer See and the Baltic Hills Golf Resort, you will receive a 30% discount on the green fees in the golf clubs and until 31. August 2019 a 30% discount on the regular entrance fees for each visit to the spa in the seaside resort of Ahlbeck.
