The apartment is in an enviable position to spend your holidays in Castiglione della Pescaia on the Tuscany coast: 100 meters from the seafront and from the equipped beaches and 400 meters from the historic center with its bars, restaurants and shops. The apartment has just been renovated and consists of a living room, kitchen and 3 bedrooms, but its highlight is a panoramic roof terrace of more than 100 square meters, with a view over the sea and the Castle of Castiglione della Pescaia.
The 115 sqm apartment lies on the second floor and consists of a large living room with balcony, three bedrooms (one double room with balcony and two bedrooms with two single beds) and can accommodate a total of 6 guests. On the same floor there is also the kitchen, the dining area and a bathroom with shower.
An internal staircase leads to the large exclusive terrace (105 sqm), the highlight that characterizes and distinguishes this apartment from all those around it. From here you can enjoy absolute privacy and, at the same time, have a breathtaking view. The terrace is equipped with a 'gazebo' for the shade, a wooden table and chairs for 8 people and two deckchairs for sunbathing. This terrace in the summer becomes the outdoor living room of the house.
This apartment is suitable for all guests looking for a holiday home in a privileged position, a stone's throw from the sea, but who do not disdain to enjoy the sun in the privacy of a large and well-equipped terrace with sea view, far from the crowds.

Spacious and clean three-bedroom appartment with well equiped kitchen, two balconies, and a roof top terrace. There was airconditioning in all rooms. 2 minutes walk from the sea and 10 minutes from the town center. Road side parking with no problems finding a space mid July. The roof top terrace is very large, suitable for children to hang out, with superb view of the castle and some view of the sea. The roof top terrace had a pergola sunshade, a large table with 8 chairs, and two old sun chairs, but has much more potential by for example by adding some new sunbeds, more sunshade, plants, and a lounge (chairs, tables and sofa).

The close proximity to the beach made our stay fantastic. Also the nearness to town and the shops and restaurants was very helpful.We took day trips to Rome, Florence and Siena. But best of all is the rooftop terrace. We loved our stay.
