Pool was dirty when arrived, no instructions how to operate spa, pool heat. when called the only numbers on the instruction list they seemed very bothered by us inquiring how utilize the property. Pool toys and beach cart were unacceptable, so dirty. Everything was so janky, cheap dirty rugs, sheets looked to be 20 years old and faded. Blinds didn't close right, Had so many problems from the start. so outdated and in need of work throughout house and yard. Garbage disposal and cloths dryer did not work, one bathroom sink leaked all over our nice stuff. Had to have maintenance come over. Owner was pissed, showed up at property accusing us of turning pool heating valve off which we never touched. Kitchen ceiling and outside tiki roof looks like it's going to fall in. Pool Tiles outside were loose and a hazard, they did come out to fix. Dirty old outdoor furniture. Worst rental I've ever encountered.... BEWARE! I'll spare the grosse pictures that I took of all this!

The pool and hot tub now door patio area makes for an amazing gathering hangout space. It was ideal for afternoon, cocktails, and barbecuing Kevin is an amazing host who is very attentive to his guests

We had a wonderful stay celebrating our daughters graduation from FAU. The home was very comfortable and had lots of things to help prepare meals for our group. Publix is also .4 miles away for all the things you need. There is also a mini mart and bar walkable from the house. The backyard oasis was incredible. The waterfall grotto, pool, covered deck and open deck with enough seating for everyone made our trip even better. We spent the majority of our trip in the pool and hanging outside. We would definitely stay here again!

The only real problem I had was with the car rental. I wasn't able to get to the house until after 7:00PM. Once i arrived I was pleasantly surprised with the seclusion of the property. Although it was located fairly close to the main streets and shopping areas the greenery surrounding the home made it feel as though no one was nearby. The home itself was fine except for a couple of issues. A/C in Master Bedroom was leaking but once the manager was contacted, they had it repaired very quickly. There are a couple of things that need to be looked at though, the steps to the backyard pool need to be repaired. I almost fell when stepping down to the patio and pool area because of a loose stone. There was also a damaged window on the back door to the patio. We all had a great time in the pool and jacuzzi. We also enjoyed our daily visits by the geckos and iguanas. All-in-all our stay was very nice and we all had a great time. Thank you

This house is fabulous! Perfect location within walking distance to various food options and grocery stores. The beach is just a short drive away but you could walk as well. The property is private and its like your own oasis. Definitely would recommend.

My family got together to celebrate my niece’s college graduation from FAU. We had the best time. The house was the perfect space with ample bedrooms and a bonus with each having their own bathroom! The back yard was a great space with the pool, palm trees and covered deck. If made you feel like you were secluded in a tropical paradise. We had a few minor needs to be addressed and the host was very responsive and came right over to help. We had a wonderful stay. I wish we had longer to experience the area. The house is in walking distance to a great area with shops, restaurants and coffee shops. I highly recommend this property!

The house was everything we had expected and hoped for. The house was clean, spacious, and we had no issues during our stay. Many things are located nearby, within walking distance; including supermarket, bars, restaurants, and a convenience store. The beach is within walking distance, but it is a 15-20 minute walk Overall, we were very pleased with our stay.

The jungle house worked out perfectly for our family to attend a family member’s wedding in Deerfield. The backyard amenities are fabulous and we were even visited by a pair of beautiful peacocks. The location is so close to the beach, restaurants and shopping. We hope to have the opportunity to visit again!

Beautiful home, with everything we needed. We spent mornings in the pool, afternoons walking the beach and the hot tub was just what we needed at the end of each day. Comfortable bedrooms and two refrigerators! The host was very responsive. I would absolutely recommend this home.

Was so happy to be there. Our draw was the hot tub and heated pool. Unfortunately, the pool was not warm and the hot tub did not heat up till our last night. Was disappointing. The under the sink leaked in kitchen with a pale out under it. A few upgrades are warranted.

Had a wonderful 5 day stay on a girls trip. Great location with walking distance to stores, Publix just a few blocks away, restaurants etc. Yard is super private, pool hot tub and grill made for a relaxing few days. Management was super responsive to any questions that we had. The outside might appear a bit tired but the back yard and inside are surprisingly spacious and well kept. Would love to return someday. A plus in my book!

This house was beautiful in every way. The water in the pool was perfect, the beds are bathrooms were super clean. The kitchen held all 12 of us comfortably. Every room had is own bathroom. What a wonderful time we had there. We ran to the beach, we walked to the bars. The grocery store we 4 blocks away. I will definitely book this home again. The owner was very kind and responded quickly. We were sad to leave. I could stay there everyday. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

We stayed here for 10 days and throughly enjoyed our time there. The house was the perfect size for our group, we were each able to have our own space/room. The outside was great for the kids and they loved spending time in the pool and hunting for lizards. We had one minor issue with the pool needing to be cleaned but as soon as I contacted the host they fixed the problem right away. Overall we had a great time.

The house is great. Big and each bedroom has its own bathroom. Plenty of space indoor and outdoor. The backyard and pool are absolutely amazing! Lots of fun Florida wildlife around and beautiful plants/trees. The location of the house is perfect. 15 minute walk to the beach and right around the corner from restaurants, and ice cream. WIFI is a little weak in some areas of the house, and one bedroom does not have a TV. That same bedroom has a bathroom but there are no towel hangers or toilet paper holder for that bathroom only. Some of the plants and trees are a bit overgrown and create a challenge seeing to turn in and out of the driveway. However, these are all very small issues and do not affect the quality of the house or location. We were in contact with the property manager who was very responsive and easy communication. There were two families who stayed for 11 days and we were never bored! Highly recommend this house!

We had a wonderful week in this house. It was absolutely beautiful and thanks to the landscaping felt like we were on our own private island. The pool was absolutely divine and we did get into the hot tub and used the jet but obviously didn’t need the heat lol. The only suggestion I would have for anyone visiting, bring bug spray! The mosquitos are very friendly. Other than that, enjoy the lizards that like to sun on the deck, and sit back and relax.

Had an absolutely spectacular time at this property. The rooms were more than I expected, each with an en suite. That afforded all my guests and I ample privacy. The outside accommodations provided what amounted to a tropical paradise. The only issue I had waa the control of the jacuzzi.

We just checked out from a 5 night stay and we were sad to go! Some highlights: -5 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms -Beds were all very comfortable. -bedrooms were very soundproof. We stayed with other family members and felt like we had our own space and privacy. -Living room furniture was very comfortable, unlike a lot of other vacation rentals we’ve stayed at over the years. -Kitchen has everything you need. -backyard was exceptional. Several comfortable places to relax in and out of the sun. We enjoyed using the grill -the pool and hot tub were phenomenal. We enjoyed being able to control the heat/ settings. -location is perfect. Publix and target are a 5 minute drive. Several good restaurants and shops within walking distance. We were also able to walk to the beach and the fishing pier. We appreciated the host meeting us upon check in to show us how to operate the pool settings. We had an issue with a flashing outdoor light which they also came over and fixed. Thank you!!

It’s a beautiful spacious house with a bathroom for each bedroom and plenty of beach towels, a lovely hot tub and pool and new deck. Lots of places to gather, or get alone time and a big kitchen so many cooks can be working at the same time. Our toddler grandson loved the shallow end of the pool where he could play safely. Our hosts, Gino and Denise were very responsive and encouraged us to contact them sooner rather than later about any issues which they always addressed promptly.

This house was perfect for us. We were celebrating my boyfriends niece's high school graduation there in Deerfield, where he grew up. We did not drive at all, the whole time, we rode the bikes that were provided. The fact that each bedroom has a bathroom made this place so relaxing. The property is beautiful-so many trees and beautiful plants. The pool and hot tub and waterfall were so fun and nice to be around. We made tons of food in the kitchen. Highly recommend this place. You can walk to the beach, ride bikes to the beach, perfect location. Thanks!

Property was not a spacious as I expected as it was listed as being 4000 square feet, the living space was not that large but had adequate beds bathrooms. All appeared clean but after walking around the house barefoot our feet were dirty. Floor’s definitely had not been damp mopped. Pool and outdoor space was great and entertained the kids for hours. Overall it was a very nice experience.
