Bright apartment for 2 or 4 people in a newly built building 100 meters from the sea and a few steps from via Bafile (the main street) full of restaurants, shops and boutiques. Being energy class A4, it is equipped with all the innovative requirements of home automation. The apartment consists of an open space with kitchenette and double sofa bed (160x190 cm), a bathroom with shower, a double bedroom (160x190 cm) and a terrace furnished with table and chairs.

A stylish and very comfortable apartment, perfectly equipped with everything you need. Great climate control, comfy mattresses, and a spacious balcony for breakfast or dinner. We loved the board games – such a thoughtful touch! Excellent location: close to the beach, promenade, shops, cafés, and a supermarket. No private parking, but we always found a spot nearby and rarely needed the car anyway. Overall, a wonderful stay – we’d be happy to come back!

The apartment is wonderful and well equipped. The location is great to reach all you need by foot. The cherry on the cake would be a dedicated parking space which is unfortunately not available.

Very comfortable with top quality cleanness. Security is great and well sound proofed rooms. Communication is great, easy check in and out process.

Next to the Via Bafile and the beach the apartment have the perfect location for holiday. Alessandra is a very nice host. Everything was nice. We are looking forward to book again!
