-Additional deposits may be required.
-No pets allowed. If you are traveling with a pet, reach out as we can help you find a pet-friendly place.
-To keep our home beautiful, we ask that you not hang decorations on the walls. Tape, tacks, and other adhesives tend to peel paint and leave marks, etc. Glitter and confetti decor are also prohibited both inside and outside. Evidence will result in an additional cleaning fee of $250, plus the cost of damages to home.
-Enjoy a smoke, just not inside. Please ensure all doors and windows are shut and dispose of your ends in the outdoor trash bins. Indoor smoking will result in a sizable fine.
-Reservations made during Festivals and Conferences are non-refundable, i.e., SXSW, ACL, F-1, etc.

The cute home was very clean, had comfortable furniture and bedding, and is located in a quiet neighborhood convenient to restaurants, downtown, and the UT campus. We really liked the open kitchen/living area and split bedroom arrangement. A suggestion would be to create a smooth surface path from the driveway to the front entrance, and on the steps to the side courtyard. The current gravel with exposed steel edging was a real challenge to navigate. We enjoyed our stay.
