About this house rental
1700 sq ft stilt home with 3 bedroom/2bath on deep water canal. Layout of the house is an open concept with a view of the marsh and canal from the kitchen, dining room, and master bedroom. Inside washing machine and dryer, screened back patio, and great under house space for barbques. Boat dock for boat, kayaks, and paddle board make it easy to be on the water. Daily sightings of either manatee, dolphin, otters, and many different birds. If u want a sunset that’s out of this world, this house is for u!

This place is awesome. As a boater, it’s a prime location for access to everything and the house itself is gorgeous(especially the tempur-pedic master bed!).We encountered a major issue with our boat, and ended up needing to stay in the area extra days waiting for a mechanic to come fix it. Angie offered to help and allow us to stay extra days, as well as allow us to bring the kayak and paddleboard back after we had checked out from the house since they were stuck on our boat.In an extremely disappointing and frustrating end to our stay, we were thankful to have good hosts.

Absolutely loveee this property !!! We will definitely be back before the end of the year to go scalloping one more time it takes about 30 mins to get out into the ocean from the dock perfect location very clean house and all you need to bring is you’re clothes as this house has it all !!! Thank you Angie for an amazing stay !!!

This was one of the best rentals we have ever stayed at!! Angie makes sure it feels like home with all the extras!! We will stay her again and again!! We have stayed in many places in Homosassa and this is by far the best!!!

A newly renovated home perfect for our group of two families with 4 adults and 3 children with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths (description said one bath but there are 2 nice/large full baths). Ample dock space for our 24’ boat and parking for trailer. Just minutes from public ramp and easy access to main river branch. Home is comfortable, clean, and has an incredibly well stocked kitchen! Charcoal grill and great outdoor space for enjoying gorgeous sunsets and watching kids fish off the dock.Host is a great communicator!
