Newly renovated 3/2! Homosassa Getaway Bungalow

Exactly what it said. Perfect stay and really nice place!!!

This home is absolutely beautiful and the grounds and neighborhood are spectacular. Perfect for taking walks, sitting in the sun, watching dolphins/manatees swim in the channel, and relaxing on the screen porch. We didn't rent a boat, but you could easily dock one at this property; I believe the neighbor (who has a large boat) said the channel/canal is about 8' deep in the center. It's just a short boat ride to the main body of water (less than a couple of minutes).There are many great eateries nearby (Nature Coast, The Mill, The Freezer, JR's Smashburger, Two Guys From Italy, etc.), so you'll never go hungry! We had a wonderful stay -- Angie is a great host and we will definitely be back.

This place is awesome. As a boater, it’s a prime location for access to everything and the house itself is gorgeous(especially the tempur-pedic master bed!).We encountered a major issue with our boat, and ended up needing to stay in the area extra days waiting for a mechanic to come fix it. Angie offered to help and allow us to stay extra days, as well as allow us to bring the kayak and paddleboard back after we had checked out from the house since they were stuck on our boat.In an extremely disappointing and frustrating end to our stay, we were thankful to have good hosts.

Absolutely loveee this property !!! We will definitely be back before the end of the year to go scalloping one more time it takes about 30 mins to get out into the ocean from the dock perfect location very clean house and all you need to bring is you’re clothes as this house has it all !!! Thank you Angie for an amazing stay !!!
