The unit is a second floor three bedroom plus a sleeping loft with two full baths. The spacious well equipped kitchen allows guest to keep their vacation more affordable by cooking most of their meals "at home" .
Dells Club is located nine miles north of downtown Wisconsin Dells. On site at Dells Club there is an outdoor heated pool (seasonal), tennis courts, children's playground, fishing pier, and great scenic trail overlooking the Wisconsin River. Guests can also enjoy the river view from their private balcony with table and chairs. Grilling can be done year around with the electric George Foreman grill on the balcony or in the summer there are also charcoal grills by the playground/picnic area.
GUEST ACCESS
Guests will enjoy this second floor three bedroom plus loft condo . On the main level there is the fully equipped kitchen, dining/living room, one full bath, a bedroom with a king bed and a second bedroom with a queen bed. Up the spiral staircase is a third bedroom with two twin beds, an open loft area with a full size futon, a second full bath and a laundry room with full size washer and dryer. The unit is suitable for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families-- especially ones with kids.
INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
A representative will greet the guest, acquaint them with the condo and answer questions they might have about the condo, the complex or the area. At check in a service fee of $100 will be collected by check or cash. This service fee covers the check in service, linens, paper products, and departure cleaning.
The Dells Club is a private waterfront community close to Wisconsin Dells and all the outdoor activities the area offers--boating, canoeing, tubing, horseback riding, hiking fishing and more! It offers the comforts of home at an affordable rate in a serene, scenic setting .

Please note:
- GUEST IS RESPONSIBLE FOR A $100 SERVICE FEE at check in that covers the check in service, linens, paper products and departure cleaning. This is not the same as the VRBO booking service fee.- We do not have the means for onsite processing of credit cards at check in, so we ask that you bring cash or check for any payments due at check in.
- This condo sleeps 8 persons MAXIMUM.
- Occupancy limits are strictly enforced & include children of all ages
- The per night/weekly rental rate is inclusive of 6 persons, Guests 7 & 8 are charged
an additional $10 each per night,
--In high demand summer months only reservations for full weeks can be booked
more than three weeks out. We reserve the right to require a three night
minimum during holiday time or special events.

Upon arrival, I was informed that the front bedroom lacks air conditioning. Had I been aware of this, I would have chosen a different property.During check-in was advised to contact the housekeeper or the property manager for any issues. However, my first call, when our unit lost power, was not well received, so I refrained from making further calls.Later, I discovered a layer of dust on the Kuerig, toast crumbs and crumbs around the toaster, and crumbs in the silverware drawer. Additionally, there was hair on the toilet upstairs, and the power went out twice. Direct TV also malfunctioned frequently, and there was blood on the upstairs sheet. During our stay, the patio door also failed to lock unless forcefully pushed and the male in my party was the only one who could do it. At the end of our stay, we stripped down the sheets and pillowcases, and one of the pillows was yellow. Upon checkout, I left a note detailing the issues. The property manager called me and informed me that the blood was from the housekeeper. She also dismissed the patio door issue as not a safety concern since the unit was on the second floor. The issue of the yellow pillow was addressed by her stating “it is covered with a pillowcase, I see no need to replace it”.To further dismiss my concerns, she sent me a text message, stating that all my issues were minor and non-existent.
