Perfect location & super clean & great size room and balcony. Rafa is super welcoming & really kind, he has gone above & beyond to help us. The staff were also exceptional.. helpful, friendly and breakfast was excellent!! Highly recommend & would definately stay here again - thank you!!!!

Nice and clean unit. Loved the friendly cats. Very nice staff. Nice and quiet location. Felt private. Good price!
Wifi was in and out. The surfing was much farther away than we thought (we had to rent motorcycles). Apparently sometimes you can surf the beach in front but not while we were there. Cold shower which is common in Nicaragua anyways.
