Inspiring relaxing modern Alphütte

We wanted a modern, restful Alpenhütte experience and found it at Dahoam. Excellent in all respects: beds, outstanding duvets, kitchen, living room. My wife loved the sauna. The mountain and valley view from the balcony was limited but just what we needed. great access point by car to Brand and surrounds.

Luxury natural beauty

Dahoam Apartment we stayed in called "Schesa" was absolutely beautiful, as you walked into the apartment you can smell fresh citrus pine smell from the wood, the views are beautiful of snowy mountains and pine trees, the furniture is of a very high standard, the beds are very comfy, the kitchen area has all of the equipment you require to cook meals, the bathroom is perfect which also has a dry sauna which we used most days after skiing and a long hike. I would definitely agree as you step into the apartment you do feel that sense of relaxation, it's the cosiness and the natural beauty of the material they have used in the apartment as well as outside of the apartment that gives Dahoam the luxury feeling. Sarah and her Husband are very welcoming and if we had a problem with anything they would do there best to sort it out straight away. We had such a relaxing beautiful stay and will be booking again in the winter.

These are just advisories; - Wifi signal is very poor, even your own personal mobile signal. - Welcome Handbook - Only written in German, it was very hard to translate all of the wordings in English when the wifi was very poor even your own personal mobile worked intermittently, discussed this with Sarah and hopefully the handbook will be translated in English. - Washing Machine - There is no washing machine in the apartment which is a bit of a let down especially if you are there for 7 nights and have children, we did ask Sarah & her Husband if there is anything in the village but they didn't know, I would recommend if they have any space they should have a communal washing machine. - No Oven - Oven would have been nice to cook a roast chicken for Christmas day, but this is just my opinion, they do have a microwave as well as an electric hob.

Wir kommen wieder

Zum Skifahren war es sehr gut, da alle Bergstationen mit dem Auto schnell zu erreichen waren und der Carport uns vor Schnee Schüppen schützte. Im Sommer dürfte es ebenfalls zum Wandern sehr ideal liegen.

Unterkunft und Ort waren sehr schön und ist bis auf die zwei störend Faktoren sehr Empfehlenswert.

Die Schlüsselübergabe über den Schlüsselkasten mit Code hat super funktioniert. Man konnte ohne Zeitdruck anreisen und wieder abreisen. Tolle Sache

Gefallen hat uns nicht, daß der Nachbarshund die ersten zwei Tage und Nächte ununterbrochen gebellt hat. Das war echt nervig. Aber dann hat es aufgehört. Weiter war störend, dass der Nachbar den Pferdemisthaufen, gleich am Unterkunft hatte. Da gab es sehr viele Fliegen, daß ein draußen sitzen nicht möglich war. Das war leider nicht schön.
