Объект расположен в тихом и спокойном месте, имеется подземный паркинг с гарантированным парковочным местом. Квартира отличается удобной планировкой и стильным ремонтом, однако требует проведения ремонтных работ по устранению некоторых недочетов.
Апартаменты отличаются комфортабельностью. Учитывая высокие температуры в текущий период, установка системы кондиционирования была бы весьма кстати. Также рекомендуется провести более тщательную уборку, поскольку в некоторых зонах наблюдаются загрязнения. В ванной комнате отсутствует занавеска для душа, а вентилятор работает непрерывно, и способ его отключения не был обнаружен. Утюг функционирует некорректно. Дверцы шкафа-купе в прихожей открываются с затруднением. Целесообразно было бы предоставить несколько капсул для стирки, учитывая наличие стиральной машины.

Weźcie 1-2 przedłużaczy bo będzie dużo łatwiej. A tak to jedyny minus to wanna, bez kurtyny prysznicowej.
