About this apartment rental
The aparment is ours, accomodate up to 5 guests. We are experienting short term sharing like Airbnb and we have been hosting over 100 guests from Australia, USA, England, Germany, Thailand, Myanamar, Austria, India, Canada, France, Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia, Arab Saudia, Taiwan, Korea, China. We love the feeling that our place keep guests happy and comfortable when visiting our beaufiful city.
The location is probably the best in Saigon. It takes 5 min walking to the Ben Thanh market (Ben Thanh market is about 150 m from the building, and we have direct view of the market from all windows). Many guests love walking around the city center to the fine art museum (5 min), the war museum (30 min), the reunification palace (20 min), the bustling backpacker street (Bui Vien, 10 min).
We are next to a very large park and it is excellent place to see local people. I love jogging in the park in the morning.
There are several popular restaurants, fast food and cafes around. I strongly recommend Tous Les Jours for a warm coffee and cakes in the morning. There are plenty of seats on the 1st floor. Di Mai restaurant in our building is good for traditional cuisines from the central Vietnam.
Some guests concern about security which is not an issue in our building because we have several bank branches on the ground floor, and it is generally safe in District 1.
The location is excellent. The facilities in the apartment is just like what you have at home, large TV, hot bath, full kitchen, sound system.

My wife and I were so impressed with every aspect of our stay. Phuong communicated very clearly in advance of our arrival and offered to help with any questions we had. Upon arrival we were so pleased with a beautiful spacious unit, and with amazing attention to detail. We had everything we needed - not just coffe maker and tea kettle, but also coffe and tea provided, not just a large refrigerator but water and beer to get us started. There was shampoo and conditioner, dish soap, laundry soap, a SIM card for local phone service and internet on my phone, even a small power pack to charge our phones on the go if needed. We were pleased to find a Tous les Jours bakers just around the corner where we bought fresh bread every day! Thank you Phuong for providing everything we needed to have a great stay in Saigon!

Good security of the building with 24/24 hours security staff greeting you at your arrival no matter what time of the day .
I will definitely return to this appartment if it is availabe for my next traveling business plans to Ho Chi Minh .

My Phuong was a fantastic host ! When I arrived HCM , he was in the lobby to greeet me and show me his place . I felt as I was at home spending 12 days working around HCM visiting customers .
