This delightful detached cottage rests in Devon and can sleep four people in two bedrooms.
Great Bradley Cottage is a fantastic farmland property in the heart of Devon. Composing of two bedrooms with one shower room, it makes a perfect property for up to four people. Inside you can find a kitchen/dining area, as well as a sitting room with an open fire. Outside is a spacious lawned area with patio, as well as dog kennels and a stable. Use of large, heated, indoor swimming pool by arrangement with the owners (the pool is shared with the owners and with their other property on site: Bradley Stables). You can also find a fishing lake with a fire pit just a short walk away. Great Bradley Cottage is a fabulous property for a small family or a group of friends. This property can be booked with Bradley Stables ref:1126259 together sleeping six guests.
Amenities: Oil central heating. Rayburn cooker, combi-microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, larger Smart TV with FreeSat and Freeview, DAB radio, WiFi. Selection of books and games. Fuel, power, and starter pack inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Ample off-road parking. Lawned garden with patio. Use of large, heated, indoor swimming pool by arrangement with the owners (the pool is shared with the owners and with their other property on site: Bradley Stables). Three well-behaved dogs welcome (£20 charge applies, per week, for both 2nd and 3rd dog). Sorry, no smoking. Village shop 1.5 miles, pub 1.5 miles. Note: There are three steps up to the sitting room and three steps up from the first floor to the second bedroom. Note: Stabling and dog kennels available upon request (added cost attached). Note: There are stairs without a handrail so this property may not be suitable for those with limited mobility

In the village you can also find the wonderful North Devon Hawk Walks, the best place in the area for bird watching and nature spotting, as well as the walk of Two Moors Way passing through the village. You can also find the coast fairly nearby, making for a fabulous family day out; there's something here for everyone in this village in the heart of Devon.
