About this house rental
Newly renovated home with a backyard and a hot tub ( installed in January 2020) that opens up to the woods.
Spacious deck with Weber grill for your friends and family to enjoy delicious diners.
Fire pit on a backyard with seating around it. Watch logs burning, prepare s'mores, count stars, talk, laugh.
We allow pets on the property but based on the size and type of pet the acceptance is subject to review.
Inside the house two newly renovated bathrooms with marble tiles and chromotherapy showers. Quinn size beds in both bedrooms and 2 full size very comfortable futons in a loft area with a big window overlooking forest trees.
"Sunflower room"(the one in a very back of the house), has a nice small porch where you can enjoy your morning tea and possibly see deer coming for a tasty treat.(don't worry, we have it there for you for that perfect picture moment).
"Tulip room"(the one near the entrance door) has a big patio door. Open up your eyes in a morning and see the forest waking up with you.
Fully equipped kitchen with microwave and an oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster and basic food supplies like sugar,salt, oil, spices for your convenience.
Our house is located inside a gated community with a nice lake that has a beach for swimming. Kayaks and small boats/paddle boards permitted. We have 4 bicycles for our guests to use, please let us know in advance if you'd like to use them so we can arrange access to the storage unit.

We had a fantastic stay at this home for a family getaway weekend for Memorial Day. The community was very peaceful, welcoming, and safe. The host was very inviting and the communication was great. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed rental!

This is a nice little house in a woodland setting. Deer are peacefully coexisting with people!

Just enough space for our family - 2 adults 5yo, 6yo.
Could have used some more storage in the bathroom to keep toiletries items, more towels especially with the hot tub, a larger refrigerator, drying rack for dishes and more cabinet space to place purchased canned items.
Community advertised as having lake and boat rentals but that was closed due to staff shortage. We were able to pay for a day pass to the pool which was GORGEOUS and kids loved it. Also state park close by which was lovely- free beach/playground/ hiking.
House backed the forest which was one of the nicest lots in the neighborhood, but the neighbors houses were less than desirable- trash burn pile bins, yelling profanities. Nice yard for fires and sit in the hot tub although the grass desperately needed to be cut and the hot tub had algea and smelled off (probably just needed more chemicals)
VERY CLEAN, Beautifully renovated, had most items stocked, great having a washer-dryer.
Owner was quick to respond but gave little directions on hot to get into the community,(gps took us a way that the road was closed) where things were located inside the house, and nothing about checkout, I personally like everything emailed about checkin and checkout instead of having to call/text to ask about issues.
