Short stay to access Venice, which was easy to get to and quick.

Location was great, very quiet apartment didn’t hear our neighbours at all! Close to transport.

Need better kitchen equipment. Needs a chopping board, sharp knife to prepared meals and a kettle. The hob was difficult to control, would have helped if there were instructions.

Fantastic location in a wonderful city

Location, location, location! Inside the old centre down a side street, so no view, but it's easy to get to all the main sights. Padua is, well worth a visit with wonderful hidden gems. Great for the price. No frills but everything you need including kettle, fridge, basic cooker, microwave, washing machine, iron, hair dryer, though we didn't try everything to see if it worked. Easy to get in once we were given the instructions. We enjoyed our stay and this place was very convenient.

Communication was mostly good but last minute and how to get into the flat on arrival. Need info earlier and how to leave flat with tourist tax as we had already left before we saw that message. Could easily be made a bit more cosy, but for the price it's ok.

Short notice switch of Appartment

On the day of arrival we were told that the apartment ist not available due to technical problems. We got offered another Appartment which was nearly 3 km from the city center. It had parking included but that was the only positive aspect. Everything quite old. There was not even an apology.

Posto tremendo!!! L host è super gentile ma...non basta! l alloggio è tenuto malissimo sporco, si è rotta la porta del box doccia e per poco non ci cade addosso,finestra con la maniglia rotta, vetri sporchi,l aria condizionata consiste in un pinguino che se lo lasci accesso fa un rumore tremendo, letto scomodissimo non c'è neanche una luce vicino da poter leggere se nel caso non riesci a dormire,la TV è posizionata apposta x farti venire la cervicale!da dimenticare...sconsigliatissimo! Mi dispiace x l host...ma se nel caso fosse anche il proprietario direi che qualcosa si può fare x renderlo piu vivibile...abbiamo passato una sola notte e pazienza...se avessimo dovuto stare piu notti saremmo scappate e avrei preteso il rimborso!!!

Belle Padova

-la situation géographique de l'appartement près de tout -L'appartement est certe petit mais pour un week end ou une semaine de vacances c est suffisant pour un couple. On y fait que dormir, la journée on se promène -l'amabilité de la personne (monsieur Demis) qui nous a remis les clés -la réactivité de Demis lorsque nous avons eu un problème avec notre climatiseur -Il y a dans le centre " i giardini del'arena " ( les jardins de l arena) magnifique. Avec plein de petits endroits qui servent à boire, et à manger, tables et chaises posées dans les jardins. Le soir des lumieres romantiques partout.. A l intérieur de ce parc il y a un grand parc pour chiens cloturé où nos animaux peuvent etre sans laisse. Il y a même une fontaine pour eux. -près du pont Molino il y a un petit parc aussi cloturé pour les chiens. -trés joli centre ville -A 5mn en voiture il y a un grand centre style Hyper U oû l on peut faire ses courses et ramener de bons produits italiens -A 5 mn à pied il y a le parking " Prandina" pour se garer près de l appartement. Parking payant de 8h à 20H du lundi au samedi.

-l'appartement retient la chaleur. Un climatiseur ne suffit pas. Il faudrait une vraie climatisation murale.. -Le divan est vraiment à changer. Il a des taches. Une petite couverture le recouvre mais elle tombe. Du coup ca ne fait pas très hygienique alors que le lieu est très propre

Un appartamento nel cuore gentile di Padova

Appartamento perfetto per due persone; posizione centralissima e ottimale per raggiungere agevolmente tutti i luoghi e le bellezze che la città di Padova offre. Bagno con doccia meravigliosa, letto super comodo.

L'unica cosa che suggerirei è di aggiornare, nella stagione estiva (quella in cui abbiamo usato l'appartamento), il piccolo climatizzatore della stanza da letto con un apparecchio di qualità migliore e meno rumoroso. Padova è una città molto calda e senza climatizzazione dormire è dura!

Pulizia scarsa (posate sporche, capelli nel letto, bagno sporco...). Cucina e bagno molto piccoli, al limite dell'utilizzabile. Rumoroso in quanto vicino a portone, ascensore e deposito biciclette.

Piccolo e essenziale, ottima posizione ma comfort migliorabile

Posizione ottima a due passi dal centro, host disponibile al telefono e rapido a rispondere, macchinetta del caffè con capsule presenti, bagno pulito e ristrutturato, Wi-Fi presente e funziona bene

Piano terra e unica finestra su corte interna con tenda trasparente (zero privacy). Stanza che non da la stessa sensazione di pulizia del bagno (muri rovinati, polvere per terra, lenzuola con buchi). Odore forte dovuto a un profumatore d'ambiente che tende a provocare mal di testa (l'ho staccato ma anche aprendo finestra è rimasto l'odore). Consiglio all'host di dare un'imbiancata e un'arieggiata (no profumi), oltre a cambiare lenzuola e tende. In generale buono per una notte, ma prezzo eccessivo per la qualità offerta

La stanza è vicino al centro storico in una zona tranquilla

La stanza è veramente piccola. Per entrare nella doccia bisogna fare un Tetris per riuscire a passare tra il vetro e il muro. Appena arrivate la stanza aveva un forte odore di chiuso e di umidità in quanto dotata di una sola finestra (nel bagno c’è una ventola che funziona a sufficienza).

Appartamento abbastanza carino e in posizione super centrale e comoda! Mancavano alcune cose, come un asciugamano in cucina e della carta scotex, ma in generale era abbastanza pulito e con letto comodo. L’host è stato molto gentile e disponibile

PESSIMO RAPPORTO QUALITÀ-PREZZO!DELUDENTE!

Posizione centrale.

Appena arrivati abbiamo subito constatato che l'appartamento che ci era stato assegnato dal proprietario era diverso da quello da noi prenotato visionando le foto su booking (cucina angusta e bagno vecchio e non ristrutturato), cambiamento di cui non siamo stati avvisati prima del nostro arrivo (come dovrebbe avvenire per correttezza e professionalità), ma che ci è stato confermato dallo stesso proprietario solo nel momento in cui glielo abbiamo fatto presente. Il bagno non era ristrutturato come quello da noi scelto durante la prenotazione: mancanza di piatto doccia, soffione "ballerino" con sostegno danneggiato e quello in sostituzione non riusciva a sorreggere a sufficienza. Per non parlare delle condizioni igieniche dello stesso bagno: capelli e peli sul pavimento e sulla parete della doccia e non solo, polvere e sporcizia di vario genere. Dulcis in fundo, siamo stati costretti a fare la doccia con l'acqua FREDDA, in quanto l'autonomia del boiler ha permesso l'utilizzo di acqua calda per circa tre minuti soltanto. Infine, il letto matrimoniale della camera era munito di coprimaterasso e piumino, ma NON DI LENZUOLA. Dopo avere fatto presenti i vari disagi al proprietario e chiesto un risarcimento, quest'ultimo ha optato per un rimborso a nostro parere non congruo con i disagi causati. A corredo di quanto scritto, allego solo alcune delle foto scattate al momento del nostro arrivo.
