About this house rental

Our home has a spacious and modern design. There are three bedrooms that can accommodate up to eight people. Nice restaurants and bars are located nearby, but guests are more than welcome to use our full kitchen if they want to cook a homemade meal. The dinning room has space for up to eight guests. The open living room is great for relaxing and watching Premium cable, Netflix, or Amazon Video on the 65" 4K SmartTV. The home receives a good amount of natural light because most rooms have large windows to let in that California Sun. We have a beautiful backyard for getting some fresh air or maybe even taking a quiet nap.

Our stay was very comfortable and all went smoothly. The place was clean, comfortable, spacious with all needed amenities. But even more so, Vikash went above-and-beyond in hosting! One week prior we had a lodging cancellation with family arriving from out-of-town for our daughter’s graduation. We are so fortunate to have found Vikash’s place! He communicated with compassion, care, and welcoming hospitality. We definitely recommend and would stay there again in the future! 10 stars out of 5!

We had a lovely time! Great space to hang out as a family. Loved the private back yard. Spotless inside and out. Close to everything in Mountain View. Walked the few blocks to the grocery store and back several times for snacks. Would stay again!

My wife and I had a week-long family reunion with our two adult sons and their families, one from Austin, and the other living in Mountain View. This VRBO was ideal for our needs - one family staying with us, and the other visiting every day. The kitchen was fully equipped and easy to use for preparing meals - lots of cooking utensils and lots of dishes. Our two older grandchildren (7 and 8) enjoyed the backyard and some school playgrounds a short walk away (available for use because school was not in session). The youngest grandchild (18 months) liked toddling around the place (no dangerous obstacles, so the parents could relax as much as it is possible with a toddler). In short: exactly what we were looking for - highly recommended!

Vikash is a conscientious owner & communicates well with his guests unintrusively. Extra toilet paper & paper towels were provided. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of dishes & glasses. Vikash kindly let us check in early. The house was extremely clean including kitchen & showers. The outdoor back yard is roomy & we spent a lot of time out there. Our only complaints were the MBR bed needs to be replaced as it caused our backs to hurt, and pillows were not good. Our daughter indicated that the bedroom with its own shower on far end from MBR also had bed & pillow issues. The water pressure in the hall shower was very low. We enjoyed watching basketball on the large TV. There is only 1 hairdryer which we shared. Shampoo, individual soaps, and makeup removal cloths are provided, though no conditioner. Thank you Vikash for allowing us to stay at your nice house!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was located right were we needed to be in Mountain View, and was comfortable for our 4 adult group. We especially enjoyed watching movies on the large television and relaxing in the back yard space.

First off, Safe and secure location. Clean throughout and SUPER comfy beds. The first night we had seven adults so I had requested an extra blanket set and sheet set. Guess what, not only there were extra blanket and sheet set, there were extra soap. shampoo, conditioner and towel sets as well. Nice private backyard too. As far as kitchen utensils, there were enough for a party of 6. Only recommendation is bring your own knife. The tow knives that were there could have been sharper. But we only did breakfast/omelet, so not a big deal. Parking was not an issue since we were all in one 12 passenger van. But I would say it can accommodate 4-5 cars easily and not have to worry about street parking. There is a Safeway not even 1/2 mile away. Same with several gas stations. The best was communication. Bang on from the very first time I made the reservation to the follow up just before checking , I must say this is what I call a SUPER host!! Very easy, smooth checking process. All of the above what I said could not have been possible without the help from SUPER host. Kudos to Vikash!! If given the chance, we will come back and stay here for sure.

Stayed 5 days over Christmas. Have rented another property from same host in the same area. Both experiences were very good. Host is very responsive and pleasant. The location is ideal for us as we have family and friends in the area. Regardless, it is quite central and easy to get almost anywhere in the bay area. Property is clean and well stocked with dishware, glasses, erc. I would return and would recommend both houses we have stayed in.

No bad surprises, only good ones. Easy to message the owner before arrival for questions. Dealt directly with owner, who is very accommodating and polite. Initial impression upon arrival at property was how clean and neat it was. Everything was in good working order and very comfortable. Business relationship with the owner seemed to be one of mutual respect. I would have no hesitation to stay there again.

We took a long weekend to see our son at Stanford. This tri-plex unit #3 was the perfect place. It was large enough to accommodate my husband and I and our son and a few of his friends. The kitchen was well equipt for cooking and table large enough for all of us. The owner was responsive and helpful. The neighborhood was safe and there was ample parking. We enjoyed our stay.

We were extremely pleased with our stay here. Our host, Vikash, besides responding quickly to messages, was incredibly kind and thoughtful throughout the process. When we advised him of the time we were arriving, Vikash set the air conditioner before our arrival because temperatures were in the high 90s when we arrived. We were greeted with a nice bottle of wine on the kitchen counter. Vikash came by to introduce himself right after we arrived and answered a couple of questions we had. He encouraged us to contact him if we had a question or concern. He also later provided us with portable tables for a baby shower picnic we were attending. His thoughtfulness was very appreciated. The home was spotless - every room. The decor was tasteful, comfortable, and functional. We especially liked the big dining table for our family meals. All of us enjoyed the private and tranquil backyard. The backyard was perfect for our morning coffee and for relaxing in general. The beds in the three bedrooms (all upstairs) were comfortable and the master walk-in shower was quite nice. We enjoyed walking the neighborhood. Vikash kindly allowed us to store our luggage in the garage of the unit after checkout due to a late flight home. Perfect host and wonderful home. If we are back in the area, we'd love to stay here again.

This was a perfect place for my husband and our three daughters to stay while visiting our son at Stanford. Incredibly clean and great location close to stores/restaurants/Stanford. We enjoyed the backyard in the evening. The property manager was welcoming and accomodating as we needed to change our dates. I would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it.

We came to visit family and needed a place that was close by. The house had plenty of space and was in a very quiet neighborhood. You can walk to a shopping center and coffee shop, which was night. Our teens enjoyed the tv and space to stretch out. Having a washer and dryer was a plus since we were stopping here during a vacation to other places.

This was the first time our family stayed in the Mountain View area and we will definitely stay here again the next time we come into town! The house was perfect for our family of 6! We hosted a small dinner party to celebrate our daughters milestone birthday (with the owners permission). It was a beautiful day so we were able to enjoy the backyard (my son brought over the bag toss game for everyone to play-would recommend the owner to invest in this for their place). They did have outdoor jenga which was also a big hit! The owner was attentive to our needs and questions by responding quickly! He stopped by to say hello and make sure everything was going good with our stay- nice personal touch! We will not look elsewhere for our next stay, we found our home away from home here!
