Both pool and close to the beach. Outside eating place in the shadow. Well planned house with 3 double bedrooms each with own toilet, shower and ac. Big outside terrace next to the pool with many seating spots and sun beds. Parasol and propane barbecue.

Excellent facilities, salt water pool, excellent location near restaurants, supermarket and beach. Highly recommend staying here! The host was very welcoming and helpful.
The city need to work on its connectivity. The 3G, 4G connection was poor resulting in bad internet and coverage.

The house is brand new with all that is needed for a perfect staying.
100 meters from the closest beach and a short walk from the center of Biograd.
We spent a marvelous week and we strongly recommend this place.
