Welcome to 297A, your cozy New Braunfels getaway! This beautifully appointed cottage comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests with one private Queen bedroom, one full bathroom, and a Queen sleeper sofa.
Ideally located on Union Street, you'll be just steps from Schlitterbahn Waterpark, the Comal River Tube Chute, and the river exit, with Historic Downtown New Braunfels only a short walk away. Whether you're floating the river, exploring local shops and restaurants, or enjoying the city's attractions, you'll be in the heart of it all.
Parking: Complimentary on-site parking is available for up to 2 vehicles.
Inside, you'll find beautiful wood floors, plantation shutters, high-speed Wi-Fi, Smart TVs, central heating and air conditioning, and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Guests also enjoy access to the shared backyard and plunge pool, shared with just two neighboring vacation homes.

Pet friendly easy access to mini activities perfect location. Lots of friendly deer, but their poop was a bit of a surprise in the yard lol

Property was great location easily walkable to numerous things. The backyard pictured in listing is shared not on this property making it very weird when we wanted to use the fire pit- disappointed in that and that the listing didn’t indicate this. Also the property wasn’t very clean. Hair left on the bathroom floor, food left in lower kitchen cabinets, pull out sofa was very dirty upon pulling it to use. Hornets nest all around the house including the swings. Maintenance responded quickly to this which was good. The thermostat says set at 69- it was really hot in the property at nights though and was not at all 69 like the thermostat said- more like 75 degrees so be ready for it to be warm in summer months In the house. Bed is loud every time you even try to sit on it or roll over in the night which woke the baby several times a night as my husband and I both toss and turn some in the night and the fans creak when in use which was annoying. Overall was a good stay but for the price of a one bedroom there are better places to stay.
