Sehr schöner Blick in Richtung Aschau i.Chiemgau und den umliegenden Bergen auf das Zellerhorn. Ferienwohnungen im Nebenhaus, Doppelzimmer und Ferienwohnungen im Haupthaus. 300 m zum Natur-Freischwimmbad mit Tennisplatz und Natur-Moorfreischwimmbad, jeweils mit Kiosk, 1 km in den Ort und 500 m zur Orthopädischen Kinderklinik.
Großzügige Nichtraucher-Ferienwohnung, 40 qm mit Balkon. Großes extra Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett. Wohnküche mit Küchenzeile, Essplatz, Ausziehcouch und Flachbild-Digital-SAT-TV, W-LAN, Radio. Badezimmer mit Dusche/WC und Fön. Bettwäsche und Handtücher vorhanden. Keine Haustiere.

Beim ersten Eindruck war ich nicht so überzeugt.. Die Landstrasse führt nicht unweit von der Unterkunft entlang, die Einrichtung versetzt mich in eine vergangene Zeit, kalter Fussboden, lautes Gebläse im Bad, lauter Kühlschrank... Trotzdem wusste ich, dass ich es mir gemütlich machen kann. Und das war dann auch so. Es war sehr windig und man hörte es überall pfeiffen: Durch den tollen Ausblick, konnte man das Wettertreiben allerdings sehr schön beobachten. Die Lage ist zum direkten Loswandern fantastisch. Andere Ausflugsziele sind mit dem Auto sehr nah und leicht erreichbar.

Sehr geräumig Wohnung mit sehr großem Balkon und einer herrlichen Aussicht. Wohnung ist basic eingerichtet, aber alles erforderliche ist vorhanden. Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt und ich werde mir diese Wohnung für das nächste Mal vormerken.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in dem ruhigen und erholsamen Aschau sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist rustikal eingerichtet aber sehr sauber und ordentlich sodass man sich gut wohlfühlen kann. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Die Ferienwohnung ist einfach, authentisch und wirklich sauber und gemütlich. Die Vermieter sind sehr herzlich und das Frühstück wurde sehr liebevoll zubereitet. Die Unterkunft ist etwas außerhalb gelegen daher sehr ruhig. Aschau ist gut fußläufig in ein paar Minuten zu erreichen. Gerne wieder 😊�🌺�

Das Preis-leistungsverhältnis ist super, die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet und mit Allem ausgestattet, es ist sehr sauber. Die Lage ist sehr schön und ruhig, wir haben tief geschlafen. Der Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir kommen sicher wieder.

Die Wohnung ist gemütlich und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Große helle Räume. Der Balkon ist einfach das Highlight, geht über zwei Wohnungsfronten und man hat immer Sonne und eine herrliche Aussicht. Vermieter sind sehr nett und freundlich. Komme definitiv wieder. Anmerkung, hatte Wohnung Nr. 4.
