Only a 15 minute drive from the gondola at Breckenridge, the houses’ central location provides guests with the added ability to explore other resorts such as Keystone, Copper Mountain, and A-Basin - all of which are located just a short drive away. Free shuttle service to skiing is a five minute drive from the house at Breckenridge golf course clubhouse with plenty of free parking. If you prefer to stay off the slopes you can charter a dog-sledding or snowmobiling excursion with Good Times Adventures, conveniently located just up the road. Walk outside and explore the hundreds of miles of hiking, snow-shoeing, and cross-country ski trails. Cast a line into the Swan River or, better yet, your own, private, spring-fed pond (stocked with trout). Keep an eye out for local wildlife, including moose, foxes, beavers, mule deer, elk, and bears - all of which are frequently seen around the property. At the end of each day, watch as the sun sets behind 10 Mile Range and take-in the unspoiled views of the Milky Way from the hot tub on the back deck. The property that this home is set on is breathtaking! It affords amazing views of the river, pond, and mountains. This home was plenty large enough for our family of 11, yet still felt cozy and warm. EXCELLENT and informative communication with the homeowner. Just outside of the hustle & bustle of Breck, but just a short drive into town. Highly recommend!

Very clean home with beautiful views on a wonderful property. Our host David was so lovely and gracious to communicate with. The house had everything anyone would need. Immaculate condition. Highly recommend this house for a family vacation.
