It was very quiet but only 5 minutes walk from the beach. It's a Small Town not overly touristy in mid September. Very pleasant stay perfect size

Wir haben uns bei Jelka sehr wohl gefühlt! Die kleine Wohnung hat alles, was man für einen tollen Urlaub auf Krk benötigt. Der Grill im Außenbereich kann von allen Gästen genutzt werden. Das Haus liegt in einem Wohngebiet, das Meer und die Promenade von Njivice mit zahlreichen Restaurants sind fußläufig erreichbar. Wir kommen bestimmt gerne wieder!

Das Haus verfügt über mind. 4 Wohnungen unterschiedlicher Fläche, der Preis ist aber komischerweise gleich. Wir als kleine Familie (2 Erw. + eine 6J Tochter) haben leider ein sehr kleines Appartement N3 gekriegt, das aus einer Wohnküche mit Sofa, Badezimmer mit Dusche und Schlafzimmer besteht.
Die Fotos von dieser Anzeige zeigen leider die Schokoladenseiten von allen Wohnungen dieses Hauses, wie gesagt unser Appartement N3 war in der Wirklichkeit viel bescheidener.
Viele Küchenutensilien musste man nachfragen (Wasserkocher, Toaster, zweite Pfanne). Es gab oft Probleme mit Internet, zweimal ist warmes Wasser ausgefallen, Klimaanlage ließ zu wünschen übrig. Allerdings muss man zugeben, die Besitzer waren nett und haben immer versucht, Probleme zu beheben.
Fazit:
Vorteile: nah zum Meer (5 Minuten zu Fuß), gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, nette Besitzerin.
Nachteile: die Wohnung N3 ist max. für 2 Personen und nicht für 4, die Küche ist sehr bescheiden, technische Probleme.
