Beautiful room on top floor with view of the castle
I missed coffee in the room , the breakfast buns were not fresh ? Rooms were not refilled with water or tea - we stayed 3 nights

Location, Ritual toiletries, nice shower
Room on top floor, no elevator, too many steps with luggage, too hot, no a/c. No curtains on the windows, full sun at 5am, really bad. Even sky lights only had paper covers. Trying to save money by minimising use of towels and bedding (one big and one small per person), damp towels left not replaced, water bottles only provided on the first night (to save money). We booked 3 double rooms, one of the rooms was for 1 person so they reduced towels to one towel and even removed one of the duvets (to save money) but then didn’t tell us the room allocations. We then had to take one towel and one duvet to the other room. No one there to check you in, cards issued by machine.

Karig, halve plakjes kaas en worst. Veel müssli.
Alleen bij ontbijt 2 personeelsleden, geen parkeervoorziening. Voor een bloedvlek op stoelkussen € 160 voor reiniging extra op de rekening gekregen.
