Property was well appointed, clean and in a lovely setting!
Expensive for what would be 10 hours, if you were not granted early entry. Early entry was granted but we would have benefited from knowing, the day before so that we could have taken better advantage of the facilities…

very comfortable beds and living spaces and a great location
there were limited coffee pods and no milk provided. Oven wasn't working but they installed a counter top oven for us and gave us a small refund. The house is a little tired but not too bad overall.

wet wood for fire, expectation to put out bins on an acreage property when we are seniors with no warning in darkness and bad weather, breakages and maintenance needed in house, lack of instructions for induction cooktop... broken dishwasher, dirty plates, no red bin anywhere for rubbish... folder not updated for all appliances, problems with responses from Holiday Specialists and early payment issues before Covid 19.
