Die 55qm EG Wohnung in ruhiger Lage ist nur 300m von der Altstadt entfernt. Der Wohn-Schlafraum verfügt über zwei Einzelbetten, ein Funktionssofa (2m auf 1.4m), einen Smart-LED-Fernseher mit einer Bilddiagonale von 106 cm, einem LED-Lichtband mit vielen Farbkombinationen und einer CD/Radio-Anlage. Die Betten, Matratzen, Lattenroste sowie sämtliche Möbel sind von guter Qualität. Die Küche mit einem Geschirrspüler und einer Mikrowelle ist u.a. noch mit einem Eier- und Wasserkocher sowie einem Toaster ausgestattet. Handtücher und Bettwäsche werden selbstverständlich gestellt. Vor dem Haus sind Parkplätze vorhanden. In der Wohnung befindet sich außerdem ein kostenloser WLAN-Zugang. Ein Netto-Einkaufsmarkt befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Auch der Amberger Bahnhof ist bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Ich wurde von Frau Pesold sehr freundlich empfangen und begrüßt. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es ist alles vorhanden was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt. Da Amberg meine Heimat ist und ich mich bei Familie Pesold sehr wohl gefühlt habe, werde ich auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Sehr nette Gastgeber, eine wunderschöne, saubere und gepflegte Wohnung mit sehr guter Ausstattung. Leider waren die 4 Tage viel zu schnell um. Jederzeit zu empfehlen!
