About this house rental
Tourist Site Belvedere. The spot has an area of 72 000 square meters or almost 4 acres. On top of the site we have 3000 square meters of grass and gardens. A larger room with large living room with kitchen with a freezer and a refrigerator, stove, sink, closet etc ... 2 bedrooms each with double bed and two single beds in masonry. Attached bath, suite type. The house is all terraced with two (2) tables for dining, and hooks for networks. Covered parking for up to three (3) cars. Sleeps up to twelve (12) persons. Covered barbecue.
The second house is smaller - Studio type, with sleeping room and 3 masonry beds. Complete with TV, fridge 340 liters, 4 burner stove and sink. The, bathroom with shower. Covered porch to park one car. Barbecue in the back of the house. Size pool club 12x08 meters with a capacity of 150 000 liters of mineral water, with 0.60 m to 2.00 meters profunidade (allowing the use of children and adults). At the bottom of the Site: - Chapel for all religions; - 5 large sized lakes and 4 children, all of them with fish of various kinds for fisheries (not being allowed to take the fish out of the site}. A bushel of virgin forest (eco-tour through the woods). Prices for Christmas and New Year. Weekends and holidays
The owner requests that the site is visited. Obrigratório 50% on booking and the remainder on site for key collection. Normal seasons the price is R $ 200.00 (two hundred reais) for up to four (4) people, and R $ 300.00 (three hundred reais) to six (6) people .. Holidays, the price is $ 70.00 per day per person. As for the garbage and cleaning the pool, is for owner's account. On fishing in ponds, fish consumption is allowed only within the property and can not fish and remove the fish caught site. Tourist Program 1 day for caravans and groups of fifty (50) or more persons, US $ 30.00 (thirty dollars) per day per person.

Excelente nosso final de semana no sítio.
Fomos em três adultos eu, meu marido e minha mãe, que queria muito pescar , portanto escolhemos esse sítio por conta dos lagos para pesca.
O lugar superou minha expectativa no quesito contato com a natureza...
Muitos pássaros dentre eles os tucanos que estavam sempre nas árvores por perto da casa .... Os lagos para pesca que realmente tem peixe rsrsrs. Conseguimos pescar tilápias e traíras.
Ah, e tem um pôr do Sol que é de tirar o fôlego!!! Um espetáculo a parte!!!
A recepção é só elogios. Atrasamos a chegada e o Nei estava lá de prontidão, muito atencioso e prestativo nos deu total apoio, inclusive conseguiu para nós queijo, leite fresquinho, frango e ovos caipira. Também preparou para nós as varas e as iscas para pescaria!!! Não tenho palavras pra descrever tamanha presteza!
O tempo estava frio, ( mês de maio) , portanto a piscina não aproveitamos ....
Mas, pra falar verdade, como somos amantes da natureza, nem sentimos falta...
O sossego, a tranquilidade e a paz que sentimos foram revigorantes e valeu muito a pena!!! Voltaremos com certeza, se Deus nos permitir!

Lugar cheio de paz, organizado, com wifi, utensilios, piscina boa, espaço para as crianças jogarem bola, local e varas para pesca. O proprietário nos atendeu prontamente e o caseiro Nei é muito atencioso . Lugar excelente para quem quer paz!!

Foi uma experiência que nunca mais esqueceremos.
Encontramos um lugar de muita paz durante 24h por dia.
Muito espaço, muita paisagem linda no entorno!
Uma boa piscina para os momentos de calor e lagos onde até a nossa cachorra se divertiu!
Recomendo a todos o que buscam tranquilidade, paz e sossego.
Além disso tudo, vocês também serão muito bem recebidos e assistidos pelo Nei! Cuidou muito bem do local, de nossa estadia e de nossa família! Não esqueceremos as conversas que tivemos.
