Best place for stay in Jaipur.

Rooms were spacious and clean. Staff was really helpful. Morning food was really yummy. Washrooms were well organised and clean. Staff was really responsive and helped throughout our trip and greeted every time with big smile.

Breakfast was very good. If there was some help with the bread toaster then it would have made it even better and would reduce the crowding at the toster.

The room was noisy and traffic sound was too much in the early morning. There was no mat at the bathroom door. That was inconvenient.

It was a good stay with great breakfast and solid value for the money spent. With a few improvements to bathroom fitting

• Staff was courteous and helpful throughout our stay. • Breakfast was very good with a satisfying spread: chole puri, fruits, tea/coffee, pasta, upma, orange juice, veg sandwiches, and kheer — we genuinely enjoyed it. • Room size was decent, and the layout with 1 single bed + 1 queen bed was perfect for our family. • Daily water bottles were replenished along with tea/coffee sachets. • Housekeeping was done regularly upon request. • Elevator was available and functional at all times. • Hot water was always accessible since each bathroom has a geyser. • The hotel is located on the main road at Ramgarh Mode, making it convenient to get rickshaws right from the entrance.

• Bathroom fittings were not placed ergonomically. The shower area felt congested, and to reach the knobs, you have to walk through the water stream. At times the water got too hot, and it became difficult to reach the knob quickly. • No bucket or mug provided, which would have helped since water temperature fluctuates — it’s just the practical Indian way to manage hot/cold mix. • The clothes hook/rack was very delicate, almost at the point of breaking, so we had to use it carefully. • The luggage cabinet was placed right at the room entrance. If the cabinet door is open, the main room door cannot be opened. Not a big issue, but a design flaw worth fixing. Tv didn’t work. The staff checked and mentioned will recharge it but never happened. • The Google Maps location leads to a back alley parallel to the hotel. We informed the staff and hope they correct it soon.

Ali at reception and another staff who works in night shift r pretty good at their work and helpful

Breakfast was pretty average, they were not even serving the drinking water on the table and when I asked for water they gave me 1 water bottle and later charged 33 INR for the same. They include service tax on it. Limited options are there, taste wise those limited options are fine.

AC was not working in my room, spent the night without AC. Then they charged for water bottle while having breakfast and they didn't even tell me that water bottle is chargeable and later while checking out they charged for that local water bottle.

Home-like feeling

The staff were so polite and the service was good. Rooms were clean It was my family trip and we felt very cosy there it was a home-like experience.

Neat and clean hotel for a good value

Neat and clean room and bathroom. Very useful, and what I like is the separate toilet and shower like Western style. Breakfast is simple but good, and you can also have dinner in the clean restaurant. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I have travelled all over India, and this hotel is one of the best for good value. The staff was very friendly to accept my Amazon orders.

The road outside is broken, and in the rainy season, it's a mess, but the reception says soon the road will be renewed.

The road beside the hotel was not good it was not maintained due to rain the rain water was flooded if the road was layed then it would be super.. this has nothing to do with the hotel. Hotel was neat and clean the out side road was not maintained well..

Nice and Comfortable Hotel

I have an exceptional experience here on this hotel while I’m staying the staff are nice and very helpful I would like to commend Vislal for taking care of me for my late check in. The room is also nice and comfortable.

Terrible.

WiFi works. Staff were stuffy, borderline rude but helped when they could.

You are better off at the Ibis which is a similar price range. The noisiest hotel- both inside and out- toilets flushing in other rooms sound like a huge vaccum, doors slamming, people talking, you will hear everything. This is not worth it, for the location or the breakfast included. Outside is chaotic with traffic horns blaring. Changed rooms to compensate but it was still awful- torn bedsheet, air con not working. Changed to the Ibis after 1 night of no sleep. Just not worth stressing like that on holiday.

Fair price and friendly staff

Dirty rooms, poor breakfast and no sanitary conditions, staff was coughing all over the food. Only one hair dryer available for the entire hotel. Uncomfortable beds, old mattresses and not enough hot water in the shower. Very loud and noisy area, staff started making breakfast at 6 am and the entire hotel could hear the kitchen noise.

Good value in Jaipur. Low cost, very tasty breakfast foods.

Reasonably priced hotel in Jaipur. It is located halfway between popular tourist spots (amber fort, city palace) which is why we picked it. The hotel is nice enough for the money and is a fair value. The breakfast that was included was surprisingly delicious! While the coffee is instant coffee, they serve different meals each day (Indian style and vegetarian) and they were really really tasty! The first night we stayed, our room was near the street and it was very very loud from the traffic and there was a wedding with fireworks. Single pane window. The best day we asked the staff if it was possible to move and they had us a new room within 5 minutes. The second room was great, quiet, and peaceful. Compared to other hotels, this place is a solid pick for a low priced stay.

The linens were clean but had stains on them. We could have used additional pillows in the room but we did not ask. I'm sure they would have accommodated us, we just didn't try.
