The house Usedom is located in the Baltic Sea Koserow near the Baltic Sea coast, only 350m from the beach.
The resort has been renovated in 2019 including the redesign of the outdoor area and consists of 5 high quality holiday apartments.
The apartment MeeresAir is located on the upper floor of the house and invites up to 4 people to spend their holidays there.
The modern living room convinces with a fully equipped kitchen with comfortable dining area and access to the 25qm large roof terrace overlooking the backwaters. Floor-deep window elements ensure a friendly indoor climate. The cozy bedroom is equipped with a comfortable box spring bed. It promises with exquisite color accents a very special feel-good experience. The other sleeping facilities are located in the living-dining area on a sofa bed. The bathroom is modern and equipped with a shower.

Eine wirklich schöne Wohnung.
Würden gern wiederkommen.
Dusche ist nicht mehr ganz neu, daher auch Verschleißerscheinungen.

Es war alles zu unserer besten Zufriedenheit: Top Unterkunft mit einer guten und funktionierenden Ausstattung, sauber und gepflegt - dazu eine große und sonnige Dachterrasse mit einem herrlichen Blick auf das "Achterwater" ... und dann noch eine Woche Sonnenschein (Rentnerherz, was willst Du mehr ;-)!) Selbst der (wie beschrieben) kurze Weg zum Strand durch das Tannenwäldchen war ein Vergnügen. Wir können diese tolle Unterkunft in dem schönen Örtchen uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und würden jederzeit gern wieder dort hinfahren.Herzliche GrüßeWaltraud und Manfred Rose
