I had a great experience at this hotel. The staff were always helpful and willing to assist with any request. The room was clean, comfortable, and very cozy, which made my stay relaxing.
Everything met my expectations, and I did not experience any significant issues during my stay.

It location is good and in quite area
Room shape is not good and the direction of TV is not correct.

Nice and big room.
Slow checkin. Rooms have no bath towels and we have to request for it. Toilet tissue has no filtrated . No shower curtain and water drop on the floor.

Location,Big rooms.Family friendly location.
Not happy with bengali Housekeeping staff.Hotel management should look into this to avoid inconvenience to guest.Day shift bengali porter was very arrogant and rude.I guess he is the hotel manager. The reception staff was not helpful when we requested for towels.Only hand towels were provide.When we asked reception we were diverted to Hotel Manager(day shift bengali porter) who straight away refused. Apart from this everything is good.
