La struttura ha una splendida vista dalla finestra,ventilata e condizionata. Letti comodi e le stanze ampie.
Troppi scalini per accedere . Parcheggio molto scomodo essendo in discesa e adiacente ad una recinzione. Frigorifero nella cucina piccolo per una famiglia. Fornelli elettrici senza protezione perciò un pericoloso. Nel bagno essendoci lavatrice di misura regolare non permette l accesso al bidet con le gambe perciò si accede parzialmente.

Posizione molto buona adiacente il centro storico, il porticciolo e il lungomare. Splendida vista panoramica dalla finestra.
