Апартаментът е на отлична локация – в непосредствена близост до Ватикана и с удобен и бърз транспорт до всички основни забележителности. Много от тях са достъпни и пеша. Домакинът беше изключително отзивчив, любезен и отговаряше почти веднага на всички въпроси, проявявайки разбиране и готовност да помогне.
Апартаментът не беше достатъчно добре почистен и се забелязваше натрупан прах на места. Тъй като е разположен на партерен етаж, се усеща и известна влага. Освен това е доста шумно – често се чуват тряскащи се врати от входа на сградата и шум от живущите и преминаващите хора, особено в по-късните часове.
