Amazing duplex with delicate design and attention to detail!
Great and comforting accommodation in this duplex located in Altea on the Costa Blanca. L'Olla beach is only 2.5 km away, 7 minutes walking. In addition, Benidorm, which is one of the most famous tourist destinations in the entire Mediterranean and the Terra Mítica theme park and amusement park, are 9.9 km and 14.5 km away, respectively. Alicante airport is 56 km away.
This duplex, ideal for demanding families, includes parking, WIFI, cable TV, air conditioning, outdoor pool and a charming and exclusive terrace perfectly equipped with a squat armchair, with comfortable tables and chairs.
In this duplex, all the well distributed space between the two floors was used. The staircase has steps with a perfect width that increase accessibility and safety, which is a very important factor for older people. On the ground floor there is a hall, two bathrooms and three very good sized bedrooms with good size closets and windows for good lighting and ventilation. Two bedrooms, one with two single beds and the other a single bed, these bedrooms share a bathroom. The third bedroom is located at the bottom of the hall, has a double bed, windows and bathroom. The bathrooms are impeccably clean and have personal toiletries at no extra cost.
On the upper floor there is a half bathroom, a large kitchen that perfectly meets the needs of guests equipped with microwave oven, dishwasher, clothes washer, refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker, stove and oven, dining room with window which gives access to a terrace and a work table where you can comfortably use your laptop, a spacious living room with a window that gives access to a fabulous terrace to enjoy the Mediterranean sun overlooking the pool and the dome of the church.
Altea is a town where you can see the tranquility and a series of contrasts, where the mountains merge with the sea giving rise to dream cliffs and hidden coves of crystalline waters with rich seabeds.
Different activities, both terrestrial and aquatic, can be carried out and each with its special charm. Its cuisine is unique and delicious.

Es tal y como se describe en el anuncio y las fotos, limpio y tranquilo. A dos minutos andando del casco antiguo de Altea. Tiene un supermercado a un minuto. La casa ofrece todos los servicios y a tu llegada tienen agua fresca en la nevera y cápsulas para el café. Destacar sobretodo la atención de Velia pendiente de todo. Y la chica de la limpieza muy amable y atenta. Un servicio de diez

The property is very clean and modern, and decorated beautifully. The kitchen is well equipped and the terrace is a fab addition. The property is located right by the Old Town in Altea, which is a stunning area with local restaurants. There is a supermarket round the corner, and the train station is a 15 minute walk away.

Our overall impressions of this property are first class. The property is modern, well furnished, very clean and comfortable, just as described by Velia. The bed in the main bedroom is so comfortable that we didn't want to get up in the mornings. We had asked Velia if UK TV channels were available and also CNN (as we like to keep up to date with American politics) and when we arrived all were available, which was beyond our expectations. Velia takes pride in her properties and it shows. We will definitely stay here again.
