Recommend if you don’t stay a lot in the apartment

Very comfortable bed and pillows!

There was hair all over the floor, bed and in the bathroom. Walls are very thin so during the night we heard people talking in the apartment above us. Ground floor is quite dark, and if you don’t want to people look into the apartment you need to have blinds down.

Almost great, but had two major issues

This place would have been pretty good had there not been noise and smell issues

Wish we would get towels more frequently. Once we got them they didn't smell well. It was really noisy outside of the apartment during evenings. You could hear everything. But my biggest issue was that every now and then random awful smell would get in the apartment.

It was very clean and close to the city. Entry was simple when we arrived and we were extremely impressed that we could check out a little later than we were due to.

It was not as big as advertised. The apartment was a lot smaller than we had thought. I did see the other apts when they were cleaning them out and even the apt on the ground floor A had a separate bedroom which is what we thought we had hooded. Even the other apts on the other floors were all considerably bigger and a lot more spacious than our one and to be honest it was what we had expected to get.

Bleak, dirty, grunge and no ventilation

The property is very basic and worn. It doesn’t get sun out on the terrace so I don’t understand why it was so warm. They promote air conditioning but the machine on the wall is a mimic which doesn’t work. Had to sleep with a fan on my face every night and I was still very uncomfortable and now have sinus issues when returning home. There is ants everywhere. Would not advise any solo female travellers either as the area is a bit dodge. It’s unclean and the smell of urine is disgusting. I stayed in a beautiful apartment in Granada beforehand and they were not comparable. The price was quite similar and staying in this apartment tarnished my trip away with my partner. So much so that we nearly booked a hotel half way through. Couldn’t check in early but they expected me to leave early when checking out. All in all it’s very basic and 30mins away from centre. I don’t mind walking so that wasn’t too much of an issue- however, the walk home is a little bit unnerving as it seems to be in the bad side of town which is so run down and had dogs mess and urine everywhere. I wouldn’t stay again and wouldn’t use the company again due to the level of false advertising around this property.

The apartment was very modern and big and we had our own private terrace which great to relax on and the shared rooftop had a nice view and got the sun all day,

Awesome stay

The property is very clean beautiful and at very nice location with bus stop at 2 mins. The people are so nice..I left my wallet at the room after checkout and the cleaning lady found it. She was so nice she informed us through the owner. She didn’t even accepted my tips

Great place. Would even recomend for longer stay, if you work remote.

Everything had a lovely style, was clean, the bath was nice, there was a Balcony, it was a quiet street, the rooftop was nice, there was everything I needed in the kitchen and the bed was super comfi!

I love to walk, so I did a few times even if it was a bit too much to walk after walking a lot in the city already. But there is a frequent bus, so this is actually ok.

The flat was very cosy , nice ,comfortable and clean! Super terasse on the top on the building and also in the flat! I see others commented about noises, well the flat is located in the city, what can one expect, totally silence? :) it's a lively city in general, we enjoyed it a lot! 20 min around by feet to the city centre !:)

Airconditioner was really good. Whatsapp was good way to ask anything and they answer really fast.

We were traveling with my friend and the room and the bed was a bit too small for us. Also there were only one blanket in a bed (we had to ask another one). The disher were not washed. The room was not cleaned during our stay. The location was really far.

Convenient - Clean - Great value

The location of the apartment was really good for those looking to avoid a busy city center. It was very convenient to have a supermarket, shops around the corner and a bus stop - a minute away - with direct connection to the city center. The apartment also is surrounded by bakeries which have the most delicious local pastries and products for breakfast and a quick snacks-brunch. The owner of the apartment replied quickly and assisted us with any questions regarding the check-in and delivered clear, useful information regarding the stay at Malaga. As regard the amenities of the apartment, we had a air-conditioning that helped with the hot weather and all the other appliances worked perfectly well. We felt welcome and a loved how convenient it was to stay there.

super apartment, would definitely stay again

spacious apartment for 2 or 3 people. spotlessly clean. beautifully furnished. kitchen well equipped. lovely private terrace & roof terrace. very quiet. didn’t meet any staff but was in contact with them once or twice and they were quick to respond and helpful . a really great apartment for visiting Malaga

we liked everything, but it won’t suit everyone. the the area isn’t pretty, it’s a residential area, very busy with locals going about their business. this was not a problem for us, we enjoy seeing how people live. also some guests will find it too far from the centre, again not a problem for us

Really Perfect Apartment ! And perfect place !

The apartment had everything you need, everything, absolutely everything. Everything is clean, comfortable, cozy. Nearby shops, public transport, quiet. Super.

Chlorinated water from the tap, but in Málaga and I think in warm countries, there is that everywhere, but the store next door is full of inexpensive mineral water. But if there was a separate tap with a water filter, it would be perfect. So that you don't have to carry water.Everything was wonderful, we enjoyed it, that's why we didn't even think to take a photo of the apartment, but the photo in the ad matches. Many thanks to Rut for your help in all matters, and especially with the reserved table at the EL PIMPI tavern.

Very comfortable and well appointed studio apartment. It had everything I needed. I was working remotely and the WiFi was totally fine for work. The bed was super comfortable. It's about 20 minutes walk downtown to the centre but the local area has everything you need for food shopping etc. The hosts were really nice and helpful.

It can be a bit noisy as the apartment block is on the bottom of a hill with traffic noise and some people like to congregate there to chat but I sleep with earplugs anyway so it really didn't bother me. I just would recommend earplugs if you are a light sleeper.
