All the negative comments are unfortunately true. Would not recommend

Relatively close to ski lifts, newly (although economically) furnished

Not even close to Luxury, old building, small rooms, tiny spiral staircase, no internet, additional payments for bed sheets and towels, quite far from city center, bedroom window right below the road, short in kitchen and hygiene supplies, some wardrobes are locked (for the owner's belongings?), PayPal deposit (commission fees), malfunction of heating system two nights in a row and unpleasant communication from the owner avoiding any reasonable compensation, no locker in a ski room (while other apartments do have it), address provided leads to wrong place on Google maps, no washing machine, old tv, etc., etc,

Very small, limited supplies, added charge for towels and sheets. Fold out bed was uncomfortable at best.

Pleasant

The apartment itself is nicely furnished, the owner was always available on whatssup and promptly responded to all questions. The location is right in front of the parking lot for the Groste ski lift, which may be a great plus

The building in which the apt is located is dated and dirty, the windows were soiled, the tiny spiral staircase that leads to the apartment is extremly uncomfortable (luckily you can get your luggage in threw the balcony, otherwise I can't imagine dragging a suitcase up this stairs). The view is mainly on the parking lot and partly on the ski slope and there is an apres ski (or apres hike since we were there in the summer) with loud music on the weekends that goes on untill midnight. The parking place was quite far away, and the street is very narrow, so it was a challenge to pack and unpack the car. And its a 25 min walk uphill from the centre of Madonna di Campiglio.

Superb

Nice appartment with great location next to Groste lift. Appartment was modern and clean. Kitchen had all needed equipment (oven and freezer big plus). For summer time vacation the small backyard in morning sunlight was very nice. Communication with host was excellent and response to any questions was really fast.

Location was fantastic, the apartment is small but very functional, stylish and has a great atmosphere.

We would have liked to have WiFi in the apartment as I had some work to do.

Exceptional

Comfortable apartment with all necessary equipments. Slope view from the living room. A good bed guaranteed good sleeps. Great location right next to the lift station and ski rental. Grocery is quite a long way by walking, but it was nice excercise after la ong skiing Day 😃 The host family took good care of us and responded quickly to messages. We arrived late to the apartment, but could received the keys from a separate key box and entrance successfully. I highly recommend this as a "ski home"!

L'appartamento è in una posizione ottimale per gli amanti dello sci, visto che si trova a pochi passi dagli impianti del Groste e del Fortini (con servizi annessi: skipass e noleggio attrezzature). L'appartamento è molto carino e pulito, letti comodi e cucina sufficientemente attrezzata. Se non si ha voglia di arrivare a Madonna di Campiglio in zona si può trovare tutto, alimentari a Campo Carlo Magno e bar ristorante pizzeria all'hotel Fortini.

Casa super comoda per tutto, attaccata alla cabinovia del grosté, pulita, calda, ristrutturata sicuramente da poco perché tutto impeccabile, Ce tutto quello occorre, deposito sci/snow, parcheggio. Non si può trovare nulla di piu comodo. Davvero un alloggio fantastico in tutto e per tutto! Proprietari super cordiali e disponibili per qualsiasi necessità se ce ne fossero, tornerò sicuramente ora che l’ho scoperta! 10/10

Posizione fantastica davanti agli impianti del Grostè, appartamento confortevole e ristrutturato di recente con gusto. Proprietari gentilissimi e disponibilissimi nel fornire indicazioni e suggerimenti. Noi eravamo due adulti e due bambini 10 e 14 anni e per questa configurazione l'appartamento è comodo e funzionale con una bella camera da letto e un divano letto in soggiorno.

Suggerirei di includere nella tariffa la biancheria da letto e da bagno e di dotare l'appartamento degli accessori base per l'uso della cucina (spugna, detersivo piatti, bottiglietta mignon olio d'oliva, sale e pepe).

Lokalizacja idealna dla narciarzy. Pierwszy od lewej apartament w szeregu - bardzo blisko kolejki Groste. Nie potrzeba nigdzie dojeżdżać autem. W mieszkaniu czysto i ciepło.

W apartamencie brakuje kilku podstawowych udogodnień: mikrofalówka, zmywarka, narciarnia z możliwością dosuszenia butów, trochę za mało talerzy i sztućów.
