Lokalizacja świetna, wszędzie blisko do sklepów i restauracji. Pani Justyna bardzo miła, wyrozumiała i pomocna, napewno nie raz wybiorę ten sam obiekt, ze względu na cenę, udogodnienia, komfort i Panią Gospodarz.

Drzwi wejściowe nieszczelne. Przez szpary między drzwiami a futryną do mieszkania dostawało się zimno z klatki schodowej..
