Ocean view, clean room, places to sit on the terrace. Good starting base for driving the eastern side of Cabot trail. Sustainable place by producing electricity and water themselves.
No toiletries in the bathroom, outside premises were quite untidy. Very small rooms.

It is a unique offgrid experience with all the comforts you need and also a kitchen to prepare your own food. I can highly recommend the stay.

Location was good.
Somehow the website failed to communicate to us how the property worked. The room I expected to get was not the one I signed up for. As a result we were cramped for space.
