Everything was beyond our expectations, the house is fully equipped, the staff was very nice, we trully loved it.
The location was the only down for the house.

Very clean, good size rooms and terrace, hdmi tv, grill outside and coffee/tea facility indoors. You have all the utilities for a small kitchenette with great hotel like rooms upstairs.
I recommend the place if you don't mind the extra distance and book 3/4 or all 4 available rooms for extra intimacy. We are considering going again next time.

It is a bit far from beach and lake Techirgol, 20-30 mins walk, still it is easy to reach both places. (We specifically wanted something quiet with longer walk given the still times we are passing)

For us the location was excellent since the Casa Erty is located on a quiet street, easy to reach the center of town and the beach. Ernur and his parents are truly nice, easy going and very helpful. The house is new, very pretty and clean, excellent wi-fi, TV with lot of channels, nice front yard....
