We thoroughly enjoyed our time that the Islander Resort. The location is great and the activities were so wonderful. The heated pool allowed us to stay active even on cooler days. The management and maintenance teams were very responsive, friendly and very helpful. We will be back!

There was an issue with A/C the day we were scheduled to check-in, and the manager called in the morning to let us know. She worked with us to move to another unit with the same requirements and allowed an early check-in. Everyone was super friendly and helpful during our short stay. Highly recommend!

It was a great stay. A couple things to improve on is we had several kids with us ( they get dirty and need more baths at times )and getting them to give you more towels and washcloth than what you exchanged wasn’t happening and the pool areas were very dark at night and dangerous having a smaller kid could see where u was walking And last but not least we had an issue of our card not work and having to go the front desk several times but over all amazing stay
