Nice buffet breakfast but overpriced. Need to order your coffee but no extra charge and staff are pleasant. Staff are very helpful. Being a part of the mall was convenient. Appreciated the shuttle, it is however complimentary only one way.
While the rooms are nice, but there is no lobby to speak of. The hotel occupies the fourth floor of a shopping mall, which is convenient to be able to get things but gives the hotel a different feel. Shuttle is too expensive for return: 4-5X price of Uber.

We had excellent service in every way from the time we arrived to the time we left. When we left, the shuttle driver was ready and waiting as well as a boxed up breakfast and coffee to take with us. The room was amazing and the restaurant was really nice! They had excellent security as well.
We will stay there again if we come to Nairobi again.
It was a little further from the airport than other airport hotels. However, the great price made up for it.

Rooms were huge and clean
There’s no hot water. I was extremely disappointed. I didn’t have a proper shower since I checked in. They told me it takes long for hot water and I was running the water for 45mins having been travelling for 15hrs checking in at 3am. It was horrendous. The following morning was neither hot water and at check-out day I was offered to shower in another room and I declined. Terrible!
