The home is located on a private road. There are activities nearby for any season. Skiing, golf, mini golf, go karts, snowmobile trails only one minute away, The home is centrally located to the lakes and mountain region. 30 minutes drive to Lake Winnipessaukee, Laconia, North Conway & Freyburg Maine. One hour Drive to Mount Washington, Franconia Knotch. Within 10 minutes drive Enjoy nearby Hiking, antiquing, Monthly auctions at 'Gary Wallace Auctioneers', Lake Ossipee, boat rentals, ice fishing. Please note we have one Ring Spot Light Security Camera that monitors the driveway, sheds and deck area on driveway side of house

If dogs are not pre-approved and pet fee is not paid in advance there will be an extra $500 charged to renter in addition to $300 pet fee. We unfortunately have had issues in past.

The property was as pictured on a quiet dead end street. The river is beautiful and the water is so clear. We stayed with some family and our dog. Very enjoyable stay.

Check-in could not have been smoother.Tim dropped by to be sure we had everything we needed and Debbie followed up on a few helpful tips. The Layout of this home is amazing! Our family was 6 adults and 1 child, age 11 and we had more than enough comfy room. The river was awesome and there are fish to be caught! Bonus… This adorable Bungalow has a Dream Kitchen that we all enjoyed cooking in!

Bearcamp was the highlight of our trip to the White Mountains. Debbie and Chris were responsive to all of our questions and their home was beautiful. We loved the hot tub and fireplace - especially after our hikes. Can't wait to go back!
