About this apartment rental

Castiglion Fiorentino is not your typical touristic location. It is a true Italian village, perfect place to live like a local. The apartment is just off the main road (Corso Italia) and is accessed up a flight of stairs. You will be welcomed by our fruitful olive tree. We believe our charming studio with its vaulted ceiling and 14th century archways is the ultimate place to kick back and relax. It is very cozy and amazingly peaceful. Our kitchen is fully equipped with all the amenities you need to unleash your culinary talents. I have supplied the kitchen with some basics such as salt, pepper, coffee and sugar. There is a small table for dining inside. There is also a washing machine. Down a few steps, you'll find a large open floor plan with a queen size bed and bathroom at one end and a large living area with a sofa bed and television at the other. The bathroom has a sink, toilet, bidet, and walk-in shower. You will find fluffy towels, shower gel and shampoo. There is also an air conditioning/heating unit with a dehumidifier. The authentic structure within the medieval walls sometimes requires the dehumidifier in rainy, wet weather. Our apartment is ideal for couples looking for a romantic break and families seeking a relaxing getaway. Perfect for visitors to Santa Chiara Study Center.

We came with our daughter, who is studying in the area, and found this to be close to her residence, easy to get anywhere in the town, beautiful patio to relax and drink wine on or have a meal! Wonderful communication with the host and she was able to help us get into town from the train station (with our many bags!)

We could not have been happier with this beautiful apartment. Amanda was so accommodating and flexible with our arrival times. There is a beautiful patio overlooking the hills and the apartment was so clean, cozy and had everything we could have needed. The pull out couch was super comfy too. Amanda left two little cards for complimentary coffees and pastries in town. What a nice treat! Also, she has some great recommendations for events in town, like the traveling market that comes to town each week. The location could not have been better. We will definitely be staying there again in the future!

I so much enjoyed my stay/return to Castiglion Fiorentino! I had the best time revisiting such a charming town, and this apartment has the ideal location! It truly is in the heart of town and makes everything extremely walkable and easy to find! Amanda and Adriano's hospitality and kindness made our stay feel so welcoming and 'meant to be'! The apartment is absolutely charming and I really cannot wait to return with my husband so he can enjoy this little slice of heaven. Everything was picture perfect and they provided more than enough to feel comfortable and impressed! It is quite the luxury finding a place to stay with updated features (especially AC!) and so well maintained. I will definitely make a return to this apartment and recommend it to everyone traveling in the area!

Si vas a Castiglion La casa Di Amanda es tu mejor alojamiento. La casa es preciosa, muy acojedora, buena limpieza y cuentas con todo lo necesario para poder prepararte tu comida en casa. Lugar donde puedes decansar ya que se respira tranquilidad por donde vayas. Está sitiada en el centro, y muy cerca de un aparcamiento gratuito. Tiene un patio exterior donde desayunarás con mucha tranquilidad y vistas preciosas, pero también tienes muy cerca diversos sitios donde desayunar, comer o cenar a 5 minutos. Pero la casa no es lo mejor, sino Amanda y Erika, personas excepcionales, en todo momento se preocupan de tu bienestar, te dan recomendaciones para visitar, y nos han dado un trato inmejorable, a agradecer enormemente. Muchas gracias chicas, ha sido como estar en casa! Si volvemos a Castiglion tenemos claro que volveríamos a alquilar esta preciosa casa, sin duda.
