The apartment is huge with really spacious rooms and beautiful decor. The balcony is very stylishly designed and the views you would never tire of. Very well equipped, we particularly liked that there were plenty of hangers, tupperware boxes to make lunches to take out, and a parasol to use at the beach. The bed was really comfy and we all slept great with no outside noise to be heard as the bedroom backs onto a little courtyard. Our host was very easy to get in touch with and when one of the gas canisters ran out on the hob, he arranged for someone to come and fix this within around half an hour! Castro is a very beautiful base to explore Salento with an ancient castle, turquoise waters and very delicious gelato 😁. The apartment is in a great location, 3 minutes walk to the centre.
