About this apartment rental
This fully equipped ground-floor apartment at Gutower Straße 26 in the quiet village of Damshagen offers a relaxing stay for up to four people. It features a modern kitchen with all essential appliances, a living/dining room with satellite TV, a DVD player, and a comfortable seating area. There are two separate bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a bunk bed. The newly renovated bathroom boasts a walk-in shower and toilet. Central heating and a washing machine ensure year-round comfort. Guests have access to a large storage room for bicycles and other belongings, as well as a parking space on the property.
Outside, guests can enjoy a private terrace with garden furniture, a parasol, and a barbecue area. Bicycle storage and parking spaces on the premises provide added convenience for active travelers. Für uns als Familie war die Ferienwohnung in Damshagen perfekt für einen schönen Urlaub an der Ostsee. Die Nähe zum Ostseebad Boltenhagen war ideal um viel Zeit am Wasser zu verbringen. Lübeck, Wismar und Schwerin sind mit dem Auto schnell zu erreichen. Wir haben aber auch einen Ausflug nach Hamburg und Rostock gemacht. Man kann in der Gegend sehr viel unternehmen und auch mit Kindern viel erleben. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gepflegt und sauber, die Vermieter sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Alles bestens und sehr zu empfehlen.

Wir sind super freundlich empfangen worden! Und fanden ein paar nette kleine Aufmerksamkeiten in der Ferienwohnug und fühlten uns sehr willkommen. Die super Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen, man hat einfach alles was man braucht. Alles war sehr ordentlich und sauber! Man hatte immer einen Ansprechpartner. Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt für Ausflüge. In unserem Fall waren wir jeden Tag am Strand von Boltenhagen, der mit dem Auto in 10min. zu erreichen ist.
Alles in allem haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und wenn es uns nochmal an die Ostsee zieht, dann ganz sicher nur in diese Ferienwohnung!

Wir sind super freundlich empfangen worden! Durch die kleinen und sehr netten Aufmerksamkeiten (Überraschungsei für meinen Sohn und zwei kleine Fläschchen Sekt) fühlte man sich sofort willkommen. Die Ausstattung lässt wirklich keine Wünsche offen. Alles war sehr ordentlich und sauber! Die Ferienwohnung liegt super um Ausflüge zu machen, sei es nach Wismar um sich die wunderschöne Altstadt anzuschauen, oder nach Boltenhagen an den super schönen Sandstrand. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub, den wir dank unserer super netten Vermieter so schnell nicht vergessen werden! Wenn es uns nochmal an die Ostsee zieht, dann ganz sicher nur wieder hier!!!
